we booked a holiday to Benidorm on the 11/7/16 for one week for 3 people booking REF A1W70776 we stayed in the Villa Benidorm the room was a disgrace the Cleaner changed the Towels everyday but did not clean or mop, we went for Dinner my God the food was awful the only thing I had to eat for 7 days was 6 boiled eggs out side the main entrance every night was prostitutes . on the last Night they told all the English to move out of the concert room because the Spaniards wanted to play Cards and dance we saved for ages for the Holiday and what got for our Money was diabolical, this hotel is not a 3 star only a 2 star we will not be booking again with you and I and my Family have used you on numerous occasions this is definetly the worst ONE yours Mr H Jolley so A1 travel has let us down
