My sun booked to go to salou with his girlfriend. Unfortunately they have split up so on speaking to alpha rooms they said he could amend the holiday to Ibiza where his mates are going for an amendment fee of 35 which sounded reasonable. On telephoning the customer service department which took 30 mins to answer we were told to look on line to see if the amendment had been done in a few days. Ten days later and still no amendment another phone call resulted in a 30 minute wait only for the phone to be put down on my son. So frustrating you cannont speak to anyone from the amendment department it is done through e mails which are not answered. The hotel my son has chosen to be transferred to in Ibizahas been closed down apparently and paddlocked up as my friend was there just and flew back only a few days ago, people staing at this hotel had to be relocated. The date where we loose all our money is soon up. Any advise out there would be appreciated.
