Once an order is placed and we have confirmed the booking with the hotel and flight suppliers we are unable to cancel the order without incurring charges from them. Unfortunately this is the case immediately after the booking has been made. This is the case with all the suppliers we make bookings with and their booking conditions are very clear in regards to this.

However If you would like us to look again at your cancellation charges we will happily do so.

I have same problem with your after sales service nothing seems to be getting done about it when there's obviously a problem with flight details

We filed a complaint with OTB after the first day of our holiday resulted in our hotel room being entered and all our valuables stolen. We complained on the 5th July and still waiting for a response! Why should we chase you when we lost £1000 worth of belongings and our holiday was ruined because of the hotel listed on your website!

It's not an agents fault if your hotel room gets broken into! What can they do when they're hundreds of miles away?

Unfortunately rooms/villas get broken into. It's down to the people on the spot to address the issue. What did the hotel management do about it? What have the police done about it? What did your insurers advise?
