Sardinia - costs food drink etc?

We are looking into staying in the Alghero region.
Can somebody give us a rough idea of some of the costs of food drink etc?

Simple (main course) meal, Beer, Bottle wine, coffee
Also, hidden costs like beaches, sunbeds?
