Did you end up in another hotel with the same company?

I had no choice as I had already paid in full, and I had to pay extra to get another hotel at the last minute.
Lesson learned - book your chosen hotel directly yourself, and avoid the hassle and extra charges in the long run!

Shocking! There are certain travel agents I wouldn't touch with a bargepole & these are now on my list.

My sister booked through them to go to Cyprus on the 27th of this month. the holiday was with Monarch, so here's hoping that she'll get a full refund

They infuriate me - the price you see is NEVER EVER the price you end up paying.

How they have not been done for false advertising I will never know.

She should get all her money back it just depends how quick it will be.
