The staff at this hotel were very kind and helpful and could speak decent English. The room was super, free aircon, loads of space, 2 balconies, very modern and clean. The pool at first looked a bit small but was ok for the number of guests, had a reasonable depth and was very refreshing. The pool area was very clean and had free sunbeds. You could get snacks at reasonable prices and the bar staff were very efficient and friendly. The hotel is located in a flat area and there are no hills at all. A few minutes stroll takes you to the southern end of the Sunny Beach bars and restaurant area with loads of entertainment etc There are dunes between the hotel and beach and you could cross some iffy wooden walkways or simply take the road which was a bit longer.

We were stying here for one night due to a flight delay we arrived in the middle of the night and were quickly given a room. The room was ok but not as nice as our room in our previous 2 star room !!! The next day the staff were very rude and made it obvious we weren't wanted we were told we were not allowed to sit indoors at dinner time despite their being a very bad storm!! and would not be allowed to have any drinks!!
The hotel had lots of amenities such as indoor pool etc but the staff tend to prefer the eastern Europeans to British as there is not much information in English and English is not widely understood.
The hotel is situated up the top of the hilly resort and there is a lot of steps to go up and down to get to the resort centre it was very steep and I saw several people struggling!
The rooms were not in fab condition considering the hotel is only 2 years old!
Breakfast was fabulous but lunch was cold raw and inedible.
