I’ve just come back from Bulgaria, stayed at Royal Dreams and had no problems. I eat at father teds and the food was great, very tasty, well cooked. They were very welcoming and always tried to help when I wanted to know something.
I travelled to Burgas and Varna, both easy enough to get too for a day trip. Plenty of buses to sunny beach.
We had no problems with the room. I was told if I wanted the room clean just to leave the keys at the bar in the morning and it would be cleaned during the day. No problems with that. The pool and grounds were cleaned every day that I was there. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel, stayed there for more then a month in a friends apartment. I'm very satisfy with the service in the complex, clean areas, very friendly people.The pull was clean every night and the water cristal clear. The apartment was very nice and clean.

Just arrived back from the Royal Dreams Appartments. They are the nicest appartments I have ever stayed in and have stayed in quite a few. We stayed in a one bedroom appartment which was very spacious. Cleaner came everyday and made our room spotless. (she even did all our dishes!).
Location is good as between sunny beach and nessebar, therefore getting the best of both worlds. There is a little train that runs every 10 minutes, making the location ideal as stay in a quieter area but can get to centre easily.
pool bar open 24 hours which is very handy serving nice food and drinks.
If you are looking for somewhere just outiside the centre this is the place for you.

I am an owner of an apartment in the Royal Dreams complex and am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. I have heard of a few complaints from Balkan holiday guests regarding other apartments too. My opinion would be that it would be much better to rent an apartment directly from an owner as you can be confident that it will be well equipped and well cleaned.
Admittedly, the owners of apartments in the complex have had problems this year with the company who maintain the grounds. There have been some issues that have prompted owners to come together and form an association with a committee (which I am a proud member of). Through the committee we have put systems in place to ensure the grounds are well maintained for next season.
We would like the opportunity to welcome your return to Royal Dreams in the future by booking directly through the owners where we can assure you will have a much more pleasant holiday experience at our complex.

Royal Dreams is a great complex, the location is superb being in a quiet location near to nessebar and sunny beach. The complex is well maintained with a very nice pool, the gardens look very nice. The apartment was furnished to a high standard and had plenty of space. The staff were friendly.
Overall Royal Dreams is a high quality complex and we will be back in 2007.
