This hotel looks impressive on arrival, but after you pass the big chandelier everything goes downhill rapidly.
There are 228 sunbeds for 1900 people, I was advised by the tour rep that there were 1900 people booked into hotel and apartments during my stay. Guests were up at 6 o clock to get sunbeds and had to sit on them or take shifts, otherwise security kept taking the towels off, some of the security then put on there own towels and kept them for themselves until they finished their shift.
The cleaners work like slaves with someone standing over them, the dining room is worse than faulty towers, everybody waiting to get a table, no tables cleaned, maybe 20 people waiting for a plate, people wandering around looking for a fork, knife or spoon. You have to watch your salt ...
or pepper shaker if you get one. All cutlery is chipped, no cup or saucer, people giving out looking for a clean cup, then some plastic cups might be used if you are lucky.
