This hotel looks lovely on the website and we planned to stay here for the last 3 days of our holiday as it had started raining and we knew they had an indoor pool (we checked out early from Alva Apartments in Protaras).
The location of the hotel is practically in the middle of nowhere and a taxi or bus is needed to travel the 5km to Larnaca (which is a lovely town).
The indoor pool was unusable, it was filthy and didn't look like it had been used for years. The sauna and jacuzzi were also out of action. The outdoor pool was dirty too and the outside bar was not open.
We asked to be moved from our room as it was smelly and dirty with mould growing in the bathroom. The next room wasn't much better but by the third room, we were slightly happier as it was on the other side of the hotel and apparently newly refurbished. However, it looked out onto a busy road so not a great view. The towels in the room were discoloured and frayed and some even had strange looking stains on them!
Breakfast is included but there were loads of ants climbing over some of the food.
Although it was mid may, the place was like a ghost town.
We requested to talk to the manager but made a habit of disappearing so I just had to write a very truthful customer questionnaire at the end of our stay.
There is no way that this should be a 3 star hotel, it was smelly, unhygienic and dated.
Never again!

The staff were lovely and very helpful, however as reports before have said lots of functions are held in this hotel and we were moved everyday from one restaurant to another. The town was a long hick away not within walking distance, the nearest strip of restaurants were also miles away and the room wasn't to our usual standard.
Like I say the hotel staff were great but the brochure needs updating.......Love Cyprus, just wouldnt stay in that particular hotel......

Located on very noisy road close to fire station and police station (sirens every night kept us awake) road noise constant.
Room filthy, found dead mouse near bed on day 2, also found used sanitary towels in bag crawling with ants behind chair. Beds never changed, bathroom dirty. Staff miserable, overworked, no entertainment at all.
Restaurant used 3 times in 1 week for wedding /christening parties, so hotel residents were sent to downstairs canteen for meals - Unbelievable.
We should have demanded to move hotels, dont go.
