Big hotel, but didn't feel crowded. Plenty of space for everybody.
Hotel staff couldn't do enough for us, food was varied and good, always something different to try.
Us british were in the minority which was very nice.
Evening entertainment was not so good but we kept ourselves amused.
Will go back without doubt.

We visited this hotel in december 07 with family, 6 of us in total. I was very wary of what it was going to be like as of lack of reviews as it had only just opened.
Well to be honest i could not fault it. The rooms were spotless and well maintained. All the staff from reception to bar staff would go out of there way to help you etc.
My only complaint, which is not the hotels fault was the prescence of the russians, they lack social skills on all levels and are rude and ignorant all over the hotel especially in the restaurant at meal times. They were drunk at times and leary and security had to intervene. To be honest they dont like them at all but its there bread and butter! thats why the english get much better service.
The water shoots were still like that in December!
I would go again to the hotel but maybe not hurgharda! it was a bit too commercialised for us, i prefer taba heights! i would not hesitate to take children to the hotel either there were loads of things to do. And the animation team were always on the go, involving you if you wanted to or not!! just sit back and watch!
