It was clean enough for me. The food was average. I always found something to eat but my Husband struggled. We started to eat later to avoid the queues. The shuttle buses were on time and frequent enough, but even if you are at the front of the queue there is no guarantee you will get on. people just barge their way past and push you out of the way. (mostly Russians). The staff were very friendly and tolerant and had to put up with very rude and drunk people (not just the Russians)but this is an all inclusive culture that needs addressing. We always went into Naama Bay at Night to avoid the "loud crowd" who drank from opening till closing. There was a mosquito problem when we went but the staff came round every evening with the smoke machines and sprayed our room whenever we asked. I felt sorry for the staff, they had a lot to put up with. We spent the day round the childrens pool as this was the quietest part of the hotel!! The water was freezing but we never had to queue for a drink. The pool waiter was excellent. He came from Alexandria but I can't remember his name. All in all I would not go back, however, if you have kids dont be put off by this report. It's great for kids. But I strongly recommend you learn some russian phrases.

It was brill for couples, the rooms are good and plenty of storage in the larger type ( stone and square) but I have to say people in the smaller type ( round , concrete and cream in color) did say they had very little storage space, all the bungalows are basic but to a fair standard, and cleaned every day,All have a fridge a safe and a kettle as well as tea and coffee ( but no milk) and air con,(but not all the air con systems work that well, I have it on full 24/7 and the nights were still hot) The bar on a night was good because there was only a few people using it as the younger couples went to naama bay on a night, some nights I had the bar all to my self ( lol) but even when most of the people in the bungalows came to the bar on a night it was never crowded. 90% of the staff are really nice, ( lattief (towels) and milad ( bar)) are fantastic and made the holiday. The beach is small but your right on the corral rife and that's fantastic to see, give the beach towel boy ( Lattife) a tip and your towels will be on the sun beds you want every day.
Bad bits,,,,, The food was ok ( just) but if you don't like Chicken or fish your going to struggle, never chips in the day, only rice or pasta, Evening Meal is always a set meal, always Chicken or fish and sometimes beef ( twice I think) if you don't like it that's tuff , you could go to the main hotel to eat at anytime, the transfer coach runs all day but belive me its a pain at the main hotel because of the Russians they rule the place, and are in the main " pig ignorant" but the food there is a little better ( if you can get past the Russians) and the bar at the main hotel is packed ( yes with Russians) and the coach times are such that its not easy to get back to the beach because its the same coach that takes people in to the town and you cant always get on it ( because of the Russians). As I said before the beach is small and in the day you get all the people from the main hotel ( again Russians) its like a free for all, but they go back around 4 so its back to peace then. The paths at the beach resort are all " crazy paving" put down by a " crazy man" very uneven and the steps to the beach are leather ( and that's an understatement) so if your not that gain on your feet take care.
All in All I had a good holiday but that was because of the people I meet and most of the staff ( Ali on the beach ( tall and thin Ali) is a pain round the lady's and Very annoying), I would probably never go to Sharm again but if I did, I would have to consider this hotel as it would seem to be one of the better ones from what people stuck at the airport told me( well we were there for a long time (2 days) thanks to XL, so had to talk about something) And remember if its the tombs or pyramids you want to see go to Egypt real not Sharm because it costs an arm an a leg from sharm and takes days too

Returning from a night in Namaa Bay. It was our third night there.
Some one had opened our safe and taken all our money and a mans bracelet. They had left our mobile phones and credit cards.
It had not been broken in to but opened with a key that overrides the code you enter. The hotel staff have this key.
As soon there is a problem the management do not want to know.
We went to the police station they are still investigating .
The manager agreed to see us in 15-20mins. We was left waiting over a hour there was no sign of him. We saw him later that day he told us we was welcome to go to any police station but the hotel would do nothing.
Ask to use a safe in reception. ( It is free of charge. You have one key the hotel have the other key for the safe.) At reception they will reply there is a safe in your room tell them you have been told about the money that went missing in room 4165.
They did not only take our money they also took our holiday!

Not all restaurants in the all inclusive package are free. They forget to tell you that not all restaurants within the complex are included in the all inclusive package. No life guards on duty so beware if you have small kids. Pool was filthy, not once during my two weeks did I see it being cleaned.
Toilets in restaurants were filthy with broken toilet seats. I would never advise anyone to go to this hell hole!

It was our first visit to Sharm..
The Hotel was very clean and the staff very willing to help.
Get to know the bar staff, pool staff, and waiters, as they can (and did) make the holiday so much easier and more enjoyable.
Take single dollar bills, and give them as tips to the above mentioned.
Bar staff will remember you, Pool staff will get sun beds and parasols, even if you can't see any spare, and waiting staff will suddenly find room at tables and keep you topped up with drinks.
The food itself was Ok but do not expect chips with everything, there are a huge variety of different nationalities and they are trying to please everyone.
Evening entertainment was almost non-existant, a belly dancer one night, magician another, and someone singing a la karaoke most nights, kids disco each night.
Air con in the rooms a must and works well, bags taken to the rooms and collected when leaving.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and attentive which our youngest son loved as they are very playful.
I had no complaints about the food and the there was always a very good choice and food was replenished quickly. Had no difficulty getting drinks and found it brilliant that the children were able to have a drink whenever they wanted.
Pools were lovely, always able to get a sunbed, kids really enjoyed the water slides and the variety of places to play.
Kiroseiz beach was lovely although it did get busy at the beach front but the snorkeling experience was so amazing this really made up for it. If you go you MUST swim off the jetty!
I would definitely visit this hotel again.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The view was poor. We overlooked the refuse room of another hotel. But it was quiet.
The pool area was clean. Beds were full at 9am but staff always found you one. The parasol was a must as the weather was very hot.
The beer was watered down and the glasses were not very clean. we tended to keep hold of a glass because it was hard to get served without one.
The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Couldnt fault them. The food was poor. I know the hotel is big and they have to try and please everyone. The food was cold and limited in variety. The entertainment was non existant.
We went for a week just to try. We tryed and we liked Egypt. But we wont be going back to that hotel. We have booked for another hotel next year. To top it off we had a 20hr delay. We were put up in a proper 5* hotel. The food was great.

No problem getting a bed by the pool in the new section but pool bar very busy with only 1 barman.
Food - second restaurant is now open so no problem getting a table but the food choice is poor, the food is not labelled and it is generally cold.
The restaurant is supposed to be open until 10, but arrive after 9 and they are removing empty containers and not replacing them, so by 9.30 there is little food left.
Getting a drink with your meal is not easy - I had finished my meal several times before we managed to order a drink.
Entertainment - in the day there is none - in the evening there was the occasional belly dancer or folk dancer but that was it.
The whole of the main enertainment area had 1 small pool bar and 1 other bar both with only 1 server, so the routine is queue for 10 min to get a small drink which takes less than 5 min to drink, then rejoin the queue.
Ask a waiter to fetch a drink and the usual reply is "I'm just collecting glasses".
The hotel was probably 70% Russian and they generally do not bother waiting in line for anything.
Whilst we were there we were told there was a management crisis meeting held and towards the end of our stay senior management from within the group and from the Belgian home base were there to try and up standards. I was actually served an ice cream by the senior Belgian manager after no-one appeared to serve me after a 5 min wait. The last 2 days of our stay were probably the best as they appeared to be dealing slowly with the major problems.
Having stayed with the 3 Corners group before I would much rather stay at the supposedly lower rated St George hotel in Sharm rather than this 3 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star.
For anyone going there in the near future I hope the senior management continue in their efforts to raise the standards of this once good hotel, because I was told by repeat visitors that the place was so much better before the current management took over last year.
