Our stay was fine, the room was lovely especially the bathroom and the breakfast was ok, but the dinner we ate we would not rate at all which was such a shame, we really wished we had eaten out somewhere else, so many fantastic restaurants in London and for the price the hotel was charging the food was a bit of a joke.
The service was also distinctly average. Really not what I would expect of hotel of this standard. Cocktails were good - and using fresh raspberry is great, but any good bar person would know you have to strain the cocktail. I ordered one several times and could not drink the last quarter of my drink due to raspberry pips!
Location is fantastic though.
