We were initially held up due to the poor driver getting additional information causing her to wait until 1 pm before we left south yorkshire.
We think that several tours were joined and this impacted each day which was shortened by having to pick up people and make sure that each holiday was fulfilled. Again pressure on driver and no time for relaxation at each venue.
Fire regs were noticeably a problem and health and safety breached. One young man had to serve behind the bar whilst cleaning up accidents in the gents toilet on two nights.
