The hotel was filthy dirty, same meal every night I think they have shares in Turkey joints ! Bath full of slime! First room had to change due to no hot water and could hear complaints about that continuously. Staff shortage and the hotel managers excuse to people was " Ive been on my feet all day it's not my fault" my answer to that is have a meeting with the owner then !! Staff unhelpful. Really disappointed. Would like a refund, my partner booked the trip for us for my birthday and he works away a lot.

Staff in dining and bar area rude and dismissive. Had drinks offer 2 for 1 for 3 hrs 6-9 with the evening meal being at 6 pm so we not ready for drink till 8 pm. Only 1 bar open and if the weather had been bad we would have nowhere to sit, one member stood watching clock till the offer ended. Also an couple whose husband's had dementia which was obvious to anyone, was told to stop roaming round it might upset people she was very upset.
No entertainment as advertised, we had group of 23 and they also closed bar on sun evening at 10 pm, even after beer was off from 8.30 till 9.15.
