Arillas is a lovely quiet resort, ideal for those who are looking for sandy beach, shallow water, good choice of restaurants. Its very low key, no clubs, jet skis, lager louts. Northern end of beach is unofficial nudist beach so not rows of sunbeds. Would not suit anyone looking for busy nightlife, good for families with young children and older couples. Good to see that not everywhere has been ruined by mass tourism. Will definitely be going back next year.

Arillas, situated on the north-west coast of the island... Basically a two- road town, the main sea front strip and the road leading down to it..
Plenty of tavernas and places to eat, some great places to watch the sunset..
Beach sandy, plenty of good sunloungers and parasols with a small daily charge.safe for children, gentle slope of beach into sea, occaisional under current - watch out for red flags..
Lifeguards patrol and lookout
Some low grade watersports
One or two bars doing loud music at night, but if you're into clubs/raves then Arillas is NOT for you.
A great place for a chill out rest, which was what we wanted.. would definately return..

Arillas is a really great resort, which i would not hestitate in recommending to others, and would be happy to return to.
We ate at several different restuarants and the standard of food was excellent in all. Fresh produce, well cooked and reasonably priced. Our particular favourite was Kostas on the beach.
If your staying in good accomadation this place really is two weeks in heaven!!!

Resort was fabulous and friendly. there are plenty of places to eat, not just on the seafront but up side roads where there are plenty of bars and restuarants. We met a lot of Brits that had moved out there to live, and they loved every minute of their exsistance......

I love this place! The locals are so friendly and actually live here, they don't go back to the mainland for the winter so actually care about the services they provide, they want you back the following year of course.
It's very quiet and laid back, reasonable prices in bars and restaurants even with the exchange rate as it is. You make your own entertainment here, although there are 2 or 3 bars where you can watch sport and films (one does kareoke -we gave that a miss!)
All in all a lovely resort.

The resort was quiet but had enough tavernas to keep us going. It is a small resort but if you are looking to have a rest it's perfect.

Arillas is a quiet place with beach side Taverna's a marvelous beach Lets keep it friendly quiet and unspoilt.

What a beautiful, clean, fiendly place.Perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday.Wonderful sandy beach, lots of tavernas with delicious food.Helpful, friendly people.Can,t wait to return.
