Elea Beach Hotel

3 of 6 hotels in Dassia

3 out of 5 from 4 reviews
Kato Korakiana, Dassia 49083, Greece
The Elea Beach suits families wanting to be near Dassia's amenities. Standing on the narrow shingle beachfront with its good range of watersports, it offers spectacular views across to the mainland, and along the east coast of the island.

This hotel is situated on the beach and centrally to the town. Our seaview room afforded views along the coast to Corfu town and across the sea to the coast of Greece and Albania, quite spectacular.

The room was clean and appointed with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, tv and lots of space for clothes etc. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed when required.

Food was what I would expect from a 3 star rated hotel but always luke warm and never hot.

The majority of staff were very friendly and helpful but the evening male waiters are expecting tips whenever you order anything.

Entertainment at this hotel is poor except for the occasional themed nights which only last about 1 hour.

This is a comfortable Hotel. The Period we stayed meant a lot of Juveniles were running round, often unchecked, causing noise and delays to the lifts.
The dress policy at Evening meal was widely ignored, and certainly not imposed.
Entertainment of an evening was abysmal.
Staff were generally helpful and tolerant.
Food was generally good, but some mornings if you liked cereals the milk was watery.

The hotel is a little dated but very clean and situated in a very good location right on the pebble beach and close to the shops and bars in Dassia.

The food is fair but did become repetitive. On arrival we upgraded to all-inclusive which I wouldn

The hotel itself is very nice, the restaurant is not so good. We went on an all inclusive deal, and found the food dull and repetitive. So much so, we ended up eating at the local restaurants instead which were very good. Bit of a waste of an all inclusive package though.

The hotel pool was sea water which was also very disappointing. Fantastic location though, right next to the beach with great veiws and watersports. The hotel guests were approx 90% German, and 10% other Eurpoean Nationals.
