It was just fantastic!!!
Theo made us feel like home,
theofilos apartments are just by the sea (great view!) and 2 minutes walking from the village, everything you need is around.
I'm going back for sure!

My family and I have visted Theo and his family 4 times in total.I would not stay anywhere else in Kassiopi now and having been there over 15 times that is a real compliment.
The appartments are clean. Theo has very high standards. Nothing is too much trouble. The pool is spotless.
Writing this makes me want to book again for this year

WE've just returned from the Alexandra Villa, which is dorectly above Theo 1&2 and owned by the same people.
Can I point out that this is in San Stef (North East), just a stone's throw from Albania.
The villa (or apartment - we couldn't decide which) was superb. It's most attractive feature was the huge front balcony which provided a safe and secure place for our toddler to enjoy. It provided a lovely view of San Stef's little harbour.
The kitchen was clean and very well equiped. The bedrooms all had air conditioning, and two had their own individual balconies (the master bedroom had direct access to the front balcony).
There was also a BBQ area outside.
Cleaning was regular and the owners lived right next door and were always eager to help without ever being intrusive.

Best hotel I've ever been,
pool and beach next to our room, cleaning almost everyday, kitchen with all the equipment, luxury is not always the case.
Just fantastic!
The owners (Theo, Pagona & girls) are great people,
they made our holidays special.
What lovely memories we have!
