The Theodosia is a block of self catering apartments. Although there is no swimming pool, the Theodosia is in a central location in the village of San Stefans within easy reach of the sandy beach and the supermarkets. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The accommodation is well situated with no necessity to climb.

I stayed in the Theodosia apartments with my boyfriend it was his first time there but was my second time and we both enjoyed it so much.
Could not fault the rooms, or the staff.
The entertainment at the Little Prince restaurant is the best we found, there was traditional Greek dancing every night.
The apartments are in a good place close to the beach and resort centre will definitely go back again

I stayed at the Theodosia Appartments in May this year and could not fault them.
The rooms were nicely furnished and spotlessly clean, the location was ideal for the village, the appartments themselves are slightly elevated but the slope is very gradual.
My friend is infact out there again this week and staying here again.
