Boo had a holiday at Corfu Panorama Resort & Hotel in June 2007
The view from the top buldings/rooms is beautiful...the only bad thing is the hill you have to climb to get to the room, luckily there is a mini-bus that takes you up every 10 minutes.

Fantastic hotel ,fantastic food.

Wwe where moved to Sidari village from another hotel. This hotel is brilliant for kids & adults . ( we where in Roda garden village (X EIREN HOTEL ) in Roda all inclusive keep clear of this place as the hotel is a dive and the rooms that are advertised on the web are not the one you get keep well clear).

The Sidari Viollage is brilliant and the rooms are fantastic, so is the food and the staff are also brilliant.

Thank you for a great holiday.

Tina Harris stayed at Corfu Panorama Resort & Hotel, Sidari in September 2006
Stayed at Sidari Village, requested low block and got it right by the pool, didnt have to walk up the hill, but never heard anyone complain, mini bus runs all day.

Staff were funny (English Animation Team, especially Brian - Shabba!!!) entertainment around the pool from 11.00am to 2.00pm, quizs, killer pool, etc, entertainment for my 5 year old, Morgan on the night from 8.00pm to 9.00pm, very good, but wasnt quite sure why the English Reps had to entertain the Dutch children, their Reps never hardly appeared at night.

It was full of Dutch by the kiddies pool in the day, never got a sunbed hardly, but the big pool was mostly english, which Morgan eventually ventured into.

The Dutch were not the most pleasantest people to have around, just stared and stared, but they were ...
friendly with the reps, funny that, but cannot fault it at all, rooms were clean and the cleaner was lovely, beds very comfortable, we had a 2 bedroom apartment, very nice and clean.

Patterson had a holiday at Corfu Panorama Resort & Hotel in June 2006
On arrival we found our rooms to be very basic & quite dirty (food from previous occupants still in fridge). The \"kitchen\" was very basic, we only had two rings for cooking, a microwave without a socket near enough to be plugged into, a kettle & a sandwich maker (only one socket so couldn\'t be used at the same time). The shower room was again very basic with a small shower with curtain in the corner, a drain in the middle of the room floor meant the floor was very slippery. The bedrooms however were very spacious & well furbished apart from the camp beds(we did get these changed to proper beds).

We asked for our rooms to be re-cleaned, but even after the maid & manager being in the room we still had to clean it ourselves, ...
the manager did admit to us later in the week that they didn\'t actually clean the rooms again but only emptied the fridge!

The pool was clean and well kept (apart from the blue paint which rubbed off the side onto your swimsuits) but was 1.2m at it\'s shallowest, so our son found it hard to play any of the games laid on by staff.

The entertainment at night was very \"Hi-De-Hi\" but the Dutch residents seemed to love it! Upgrade to all inclusive was available at discounted price off 25 Euros per day, but if you are taking this be aware of the limited items & times this includes!

The public areas were all well kept (don\'t know about the rooftop bar as it was never open during our 2 week stay). The shop was reasonable but the supermarket at the end of the road(next to the Petra Bar) was cheaper. We were in the first block of apartments up \"cardiac hill\" so didn\'t use the minibus but anyone with any mobility problems at all would struggle, the bus did run regularly and would definitely be needed if you were any further up the hill.

Staff on the whole were friendly and helpful as long as you didn\'t have a complaint! Towels are only changed on Mondays and Thursdays and toilet bins are not emptied at all on Sundays!

Craig Hannant stayed at Corfu Panorama Resort & Hotel, Sidari, Greece in May 2006
We went for one week in may and found everything to be highly satisfactory, we was met by the animation team (Nicky, Alex, Pete and Vicky). The kids thoroughly enjoyed all activities and so did we. We liked it that much that we are returning for 2 weeks next monday (25th September). We upgraded to All inclusive and found it to be good value for money, we may upgrade again if they still do it. All the staff was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. A definite recomendation for anyone thinking of going.

Andrew stayed at Corfu Panorama Resort & Hotel, Sidari, Greece in August 2005
We stayed at the Sidari Village in August 2005. After a lengthy flight delay we arrived at 9.30am in the morning. We were greeted by very pleasant staff who checked us in and then organised for us and our cases to be taken up to our room in a minibus (yes there is a hill but we were prepared for that as it had been mentioned in the brochure). We were in the first block so did not feel a need to use the minibus a lot but it was always there running up and down all day until midnight if you needed it.

We were disappointed when going into our apartment. It did not appear to have been cleaned (or certainly not thoroughly) after the previous holiday makers. The basic kitchen was dirty, there was ...
dust on top of all the surfaces in the bedrooms, there was a dirty ashtray and the floors had not been swept. The cleaning did improve slightly during our stay. The beds were made every day and towels were changed regularly. The apartments were also tired and needed some improvements, eg the drawers in the wardrobes did not open and close properly, there were holes around the shower fittings, there was a drainage hole in the floor of the shower but the water did not drain away properly leaving a very wet bathroom floor.

We had a two bedroom duplex apartment which was very spacious and happily accomodated us without feeling we were on top of each other (although the stairs are a little bit rickety). The views were great - the pool, the sea and Albania in the distance!

The complex was very well looked after - the pool was always clean - the staff walked around during the day collecting plastic cups (no glass around the pool). They were very strict about the closing time - 6.30 pm. The pool was very large and our two boys (15 and 12) thought the size and depth was great for practising their diving! There were usually plenty of sunbeds (although towels were always on some of them no matter what time you went down in the morning!) The gardens were well looked after and were pleasant surroundings.

The hotel entertainment was very good. They did daytime activities from 11.00 am until approx 2.00 pm (water polo, volleyball, pool and darts competitions, football tennis, badminton, water aerobics etc.) Everyone was encouraged to join in, both adults and children, but you did not feel forced if you were happy to watch. The evening entertainment started with a children disco at 8.00pm for about an hour and then a cabaret/show at 9.30 pm until 11.00 pm.

We had booked self catering but when we arrived there was an option to pay for all inclusive (16 Euro per adult and 11 Euro per child per day). This did seem good value but we did not opt for this as we like to try different places to eat and did not want to feel tied to meal times. Some of the places we ate at and would certainly be worth recommending are: Simposio (which is on the road to Canal d\'Amour), Hong Kong Palace (a Chinese), The Curry House, Venezia (Pizza). It was also good value to eat out, we could eat a main course each and a couple of drinks each for just over 30 euros for four.

The hotel location for us was great. It was 5/10 minutes walk to the beach and to the centre of Sidari
which meant you were far enough away from the evening nightclubs/bars but close enough to enjoy an evening stroll.

Although we did not book any excursions through Airtours as they charge a lot more, it is very easy to do this independently through one of the travel shops on the main street at a much better price. It is worth visiting \'Corfu Town by night\', Kassiopi - has a lovely harbour with cafes/bars around it, Paleokastritsa - we hired a car and drove here along the mountains - stop at Lacondes to look at the views, they are fantastic, (we also went to a beach here which you can only reach by boat). If you fancy a go at watersports then visit Sidari watersports, which is on the central beach opposite Macdonalds. It is run by an english woman and her Greek husband. They were fantastic (and very patience) at guiding three beginners through water skiing!! They also do the usual banana boat and other inflatables. The 4 x 4 and fly fish is certainly worth a try!

Danny and Chell had a holiday at Corfu Panorama Resort & Hotel, Sidari, Greece in June 2005
We originally booked self catering and upgraded to all inclusive for 20 euros per day per person and saved a small fortune. for us the location was perfect as we wanted to be able to walk into the town and to the beach but not be kept up all night with the music. the hotel food was nice with a wide variety. the only bad thing about the hotel was the hill to the rooms but there is a minibus running between 10am to midnight and they do take luggage to the room on arrival.

the pool area was clean and do not serve glass for piece of mind. the pool was also kept clean and tidy.

the view from the rooms were great as we had a veiw of the pool, sea and the mountains of albaina.

the hotel provide reps ...
which have various daytime activities.

we would definately go back to this hotel.

John and Dawn stayed at Corfu Panorama Resort & Hotel, Sidari, Greece in June 2005
The brochure was right when it said hilly location! without the minibus to take you up to the rooms it would have been a nightmare to get to and from the pool and restaurant day after day.

The staff did improve their attitude from surly to affectionate but wether this was for the Dutch travel video makers I am not sure.

We booked a duplex style room watch out for the stairs they are a slip hazard and very rickety if adults are using them.

Laura visited the Corfu Panorama Resort & Hotel, Sidari in October 2004
My partner and i have had the most terrible time in corfu and would never return. One of the finer parts of our stay was the food as the chefs obviously took pride in what they prepared. The location of Sidari was very English and had sewage pouring from every pipe i was not a pleasant smell. Outside our hotel Sidari Village was very dirty and the pipe by our room was leeking brown sewage. The reps were informed but did nothing to try and rectify this problem. Our room was left unlocked by the maids to which the reps said would be sorted out but resulted in us not being given any clean linen for our weeks hoilday. We met with other holiday makers, the night we met a single mother of our group was assulted by another male ...
guest which the manager did nothing about apart from throwing her down the stairs. After the reps took 3 days to deal with this situation and after other woman stated they did not feel safe at the resort the male was removed. The managment however also wanted the victim out, and when he asked me why i complained i replied as i did not feel safe, the managers reply was that if i didn\'t keep out of it i would be evicted as \"it is ok to sometimes hit women i should remember that\" The reps entertainment was limited and sometimes they did not show up at all. The complex is dirty, threatning, unsafe and the entertainment that did exist for an hour a day (if you are lucky) was directed only to children.

Hi, just got back from the Sidari Village hotel. My partner and I went without the children so it was bliss no matter where we were!!!! We found the apartments very large with a wonderful view over the bay. It is a bit of a treck up a long hill to all the rooms but there is a little mini bus that runs up and down all day until midnight.

We stayed all inclusive and we have been to much better hotels offering this service. However, we had a real bargain getting the holiday so didnt mind too much and ate out a few times in the week. This was very cheap - around

Sidari village was a great hotel for our 2 week family holiday. The hotel and surroundings were very clean when we were there, staff always cleaning around the childrens pool and play area.

The staff were very friendly and very attentive to our 3 year old son. The food at the hotel was very much edible (and thats from a fussy eater) ok we took our son to mcdonalds a couple of times.

Location was ok if you were on the ground level, we were at the top but the mini bus helped. Entertainment when we were there was great Dino, Kim and Lee were great entertainers during the day and at night time and tried to get everyone involved.

Nick & Lisa Goodwin visited the Corfu Panorama Resort & Hotel, Sidari, Greece in September 2004
We booked our holiday over the internet and were a little dubious when reading some previous reviews with regard to the steep hill!. We had nothing to worry about, we rang and requested a low floor, and got one of the blocks at the other side of the pool area.

The room was nice, big and clean.

The only downfall was the variety of food, albeit it was all very nice, there was a lot of pork cooked in a variety of ways.

There is a snack bar by the pool if you don't want to go into the restaurant for lunch, but the choice is very limited, chips, plain cheese pizza or cheese and onion pie, ham and cheeese toasties.

We went toward the middle of September and the pool wasn\'t heated. The water was quite cold and our son ...
(2 at the time) wouldn't go in the water. We ventured down to the beach some days which is short walk (only about 5 minutes), the water was much warmer there and quite shallow for some distance.

I would definitely go to this hotel again. It was good value for money.

Clare and Stacie had a holiday at Corfu Panorama Resort & Hotel, Sidari in August 2004
We got this holiday mega cheap it was last minute but we swear it's the best holiday we ever had.

The hill was a bit annoying but luckily our apartment was in the first block. We arrived there at night and were worried what we would wake up to in the morning as all we could see was black mountains, I even rang my boyfriend saying I wanted to come home!. The morning came and we were greeted with the most beautiful scenery we had ever seen. The mountains, the sea, the clear blue sky, we loved it all.

The accommodation was ok the shower was a bit shabby and so was the kitchen but I don\'t think we ever used it! For what we paid it could have been a hundred times worse.

We found the entertainment a laugh ...
as it was aimed at children but it was cute watching them dance lol. We went into town a few times but thought it was expensive but all in all it was a good holiday.

I\'m going back there again in May 06 with my son and my boyfriend so we\'ll see if it's still good.

I stayed in the Polexinia studios with my mates and found the staff not very friendly. They were always locking at us as if we had done something wrong and thought that we were stupid by handing us the wrong change. I would not go back to theese apartments but Sidari itself was amazing

The nightlife was good, I recommend Ceasers and Mint night clubs for anyone going

Don't go to the Polexinia !!!!!!!!!!!!

Basically, what we expected from the hotel. We hated the holiday, but it was more to do with the awful resort than a basic, typical Greek hotel.
