Just returned, hotel clean with nice reception area and bar. Pool clean and never too busy, didn't have to scramble for sunbeds. Good food, nice variety and restaurant staff helpful and kept it clean. Entertainment was good.The animation team worked really hard, invited you to take part but didn't drag you up! 2 teenage sons enjoyed taking part in water polo, darts, boccia, football etc. all for adults. Activities too for younger kids such as a disco night. Missed the Greek night as it wasn't in the usual venue for the entertainment and no-one publcised it which was a bit annoying.
Only complaint is when we arrived they tried to put our 2 sons in a room with double bed and weren't happy we wanted it changing (we had stressed when booking we needed twin beds)
We liked the hotel but not it's location.

The cleanliness of this hotel is very basic, they do clean your room everyday and this is to a good standard, however at no point in the holiday did i see them clean the arcade area. The floor was very sticky with spilt drinks and not very clean. The tables were never emptied nor were the ash trays and these were never washed. We had 3 rooms in the first of our two week stay. Chickens are free to roam around the grounds.
The beach is more than 950 meters away, and whilst yes there is a mini bus this holds 15 people and only goes to the beach 4 times a day, there is also a big queue so get there early. The actual beach itself is all shingle and big stones this is not a sandy beach as advertised. As beach lovers we ended up hiring a car and the best beach is Tsambika which is about 4.5 km away this is a lovely beach with water sports, however it is not advisable to walk as it is off the main road through the island and dangerous.
The location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere with the shops a good 20 to 30 min walk away and this will get you to the centre of Kolymbia where there are a few good bars and the tourist shops and duty free goods.
The hotel food is good however it is very basic and repetative, spag bog most days, however at least some of the restaurant staff are pleasant.
We found that reception staff were unhelpful and the bar staff down right rude and miserable.
The entertainment was very basic with the same music played night after night.
We were glad to leave and we will never return to this hotel again.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 week all inclusive, the hotel is around 20 mins walk to the shops and beach.
The hotel is kept clean as is the swimming pool, the two for the food is simply there is no variety, all foods were well cooked but very repetitive.the hotel staff were friendly but as for entertainment, non existant. Only a greek night on the friday night, and no kids entertainment.
This hotel is in the ideal place for those looking for a relaxed holiday, but thats all.

Spent 1 week all inclusive, hotel very clean, food not bad could be (hotter). We went for a relaxing time and got one.
No entertainment as such. The swiming pool is in poor repair tiles fell off while we were sitting round the pool no one came to remove them just left at bottom of pool.
Some holiday makers took them out of the pool.
Kolymbia is very drity rubbish all over when waking to beach 20 mins away from hotel. 10 mins to shop if you want a paper. Shop in hotel do not sell papers and does not open till late.
