Beautifully maintained complex with lovely large pool. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the pool bar was varied and very good. We only ate in the restaurant once and were disappointed. Only downsides were towels put out on the sun loungers early in the morning so that they all appeared to be in use all day even though there were not that many people about. Also we were given a double room instead of twin which is a bit awkward when you are with a friend. I thought it a bit much to have to hire a kettle for 10 Euros. I would recommend the hotel though - very good

this hotel is the cleanest we have ever stayed at there is a large pool a jaquzzie and a 3mt diam childrens pool where even small children can have fun with their parents all the pools are maintained daily the food and service at the pool bar which is open from 8am till 6pm is excellent then at 6pm the blues bar is ready for early doors to start your evening if you fancy a first class meal cooked by an international chef then the lino bistro is ready and waiting with a large menu to suite all pallets the rooms are furnished to a high standard and towels bed linen are changed every 3 days bins are emptied daily the staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble the surrounding area is beautifull and katistari set up in the mountains looks like a model village outside the complex just down the road is the iris bar where you get a warm welcolme and a good pint of bitter if thats your prefence we will be back this summer

after reading the great reviews we decided to stay at this hotel in Zante and were not disappointed.
Hotel on just the outskirts of resort(5mins walk th beach and centre)
Staff great in all areas of hotel.
Hotel itself was clean and relaxed atmosphere. The food at their bisto was excellent and you can upgrade to half board at a affordable price in which b'fast is served at the pool bar....which was equally as good.
The bar on an evening was very goodkids kept entertained as you chill and relax, Greek night every week....fantastic!!!
Only downsides.....once you are dropped of by coach you think .....oh no!!!!.....you have to walk 200 metres to entrance hidden by trees, not the middle of what i presumed nowwhere.....no rep to tell you this on arrival, also an 80euro deposit for breakages...bit strange...but got it back

Hotel very clean in excellent location about 5 minutes from beach.Staff all very polite and helpful.
Beware of the charges for air con/security and tv if you want it.Also aircon cannot be left on when you leave the room.
Also alot of the one bedroomed apartments in the pool block do not have a proper bedroom it is one room seperated by a plastic partition which offers very little privacy.Some studios do not have balconies and some studios for two people do not have windows and face the car park.
Facilities at apartments good snack bar, pool bar restaurant although more expensive than in resort as you would expect.Overall if you get the right room the place is good if you get the wrong one it would be a nightmare.

stayed in room 351 top floor over looking pool cleaned every day food excellant from pool bar also new bistro is excellent.location is just after iris bar on right,staff are fantasic

best holiday we've had,rooms cleaned everyday, towels every 3 days,staff very friendly, nice big pool.just be aware of a few hidden extras no kettle, cost us 140 euros for air con as we had two units in our room and 80 euros for breakages, apart from that lovely place.
