The Hotel was, very, very dirty. The matress was very stained, as were the pillows. The bath was filthy and the grime was ingrained in and around the bath, the tiles also looked like they had never been cleaned!Myself and two of my friends have stayed in Goa many times and understand how basic the accomodation can be, however the standards of hygine and cleanliness at this resort were well below standard. The Thonpson rep couldn't be located, so we moved to another resort, returning days later to find the rep non-empathatic, un-coperatative and unfriendly. No solution was forthcoming and hence most of our holiday spending money was used to pay for alternative accomodation. We would NEVER recommend this resort to anyone!
