We checked into this hotel after it had only been open 1 week. Absolutely lovely hotel and rooms very upmarket. Was warned that works were still in progress but this was very minimal and we never even noticed it. Staff were very accommodating and friendly and keen to please. There is no pool at the moment but the Williams Resort across the road (50 mtrs away) allows anyone to use their pool. There was no dining room set up by the time we left (7th Jan) so board is room only. Hotel owns the Brazillia restaurant next door and breakfast can be taken there. This restaurant is open until 2am! They also own the wine bar opposite. Rooms are set out on 4 floors (lift to all floors) and they are spacious and spotlessly clean. Room cleaned and fresh towels provided daily. Bed is american size double, there is a fridge, kettle, cups and saucers and free tea and coffee supplied daily. There is a flat screen tv on the wall with some english channels. Plenty of cupboard and draw space. Really nice furniture. Ceiling fan and A/C in all rooms. Private balcony looking out to mangroves. Even with frequent power cuts, generator kicks in immediately. 24 hour security on hotel entrance gate.
