We arrived and the room that was allocated was not ready so they moved us 2 doors down but within an hour we had a letter of appology a basket of fruit and some chocolates and numerus phone calls of apology. the hotel was very quiet but was told within 3 days we would see a huge difference due to end of ramadam but that didnt make any difference the staff were just as attentiv the only draw back was we had booked for 9 nights this we found was to long for us we think maybe 5 nights is plenty. my advice to anybody would be also to take plenty of money it is not cheap or go half board the food was fantastic any thing you could think of. And of course watch out for the monkeys!!

We stayed for 4 nights on route to New Zealand. I booked the resort on the net and had a very good deal.

Our room was lovely right on the beach if only the weather was as nice.

Its situated right in the rain forest, and don't leave any room service plates outside as the monkeys come down and eat the leftovers before smashing the plates.

There are three restaurants in the resort which we found to be excellent.

The only downside is that it is a distance from other built up areas
