the resort is buzzing, full of bars and restaurants.beaches are not good but they have flattened the rocks a bit and put some grit on part of it.would visit resort again but not hotel.

The resort was dirty with dog mess and rubbish in most of the streets. A very tacky resort but we found some good restaurants. If you like tack follow the coast to the east, if not, go west. The beaches are rock so no sand. We hired a car though and found loads of nice places all over the island to visit. I would definitley recommend hiring a car. I would not visit this resort again.

The harbour could be cleaned up around the edge as a lot of empty water bottles and debris brought in with the tide making it look messy.Dog fouling a problem. There was some entertainment for kids EG : Trampolines and dodgem cars there was also plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from however i would steer clear of the local delicacy (Rabbit Stew) it certainly didnt taste like rabbit to me.nor did it taste like Pork, chicken ,beef or Lamb.Tiny man made beach but plenty of places to sit by the waters edge.

The resort was clean, people were very re-cycleble friendly, bins everywhere.

The resort entertainment seamed to be the timeshare touts. They were very friendly, and tended to leave you along, if you said no thanks.

There was a private beach for hotel guest use, otherwise it was take care of the rocky edges into nice rocky pools.

we found qawra and buggiba to be nice resorts, bars [smallts at the back of the bus station, maskli st] this was one of our favorites but there are loads of lovely bars up the side streets.small fair rides for kids at the front of buggiba.plenty of gift shops but if you want bigger shops try valletta, m&s is there too. easy to get on the rocks to sunbathe there is also a small manmade beach.

This resort was fairly clean but I found the whole of Malta to be a bit of a building site.

The main entertainment could be found in Bugibba which was a short walk away from St Paul's Bay but there seemed to be more restaurants than bars.

I did not visit a beach whilst in Malta because you had to travel some distance to the other side of the island. There are access points for swimmers and you could sit on the rocks but I wouldn't like to stay there all day!

I would not visit this resort again because I feel it is not really for young people. The main nightlife can be found in St Julian's but this was some way away from where i stayed. I would recommend this resort for couples wanting to relax and eat out and perhaps families, there was alot of entertainment along the main street for children. If visiting this part of Malta I would go self catering as there is an abundance of restaurants to try including one specialising in seafood and fish.

Overall, I would say a nice place but not for young people who want to go clubbing!

Not a place to go if you're looking for sandy beaches, there is the very odd sandy beach, but the majority are rocky - so don't forget to take something soft to lie on ! St Paul's Bay is a quiet resort, so the ideal place to stay if you want to just relax and take in the peace & quiet.
