One of the best holidays I have ever had, hotel staff were excellent and could not help enough.
Thomson Reps were wonderful and made everyone feel special.
Resort is small but very relaxing and plenty scope to visit other areas, water taxis are a must but local buses are reliable and often.
Came home feeling more relaxed than I have felt for ages can't wait to go back.

We were a bit dubious about this hotel after reading some of the reports. We found the hotel and staff were excellent.
We had a superior room which had a great big balcony with recliners, so we did not have to go to the pool for one. The view from our balcony was spectacular, you could watch all the small boats coming and going from the bay.
A must when you are there is to go on the water taxis, they are great and you see some of the coast line.
We were disappointed with the Thomson trip (The Spirit of Ibiza), we felt that you did not get enough time in some places.
Ibiza at night is something to see, anything goes.

Second year running been to this hotel excellent.
Only one complaint was ill for four days with a bug lots of people came dowm with it some were taken to hospital.
Management and staff were brilliant sent water up to room and phoned to see if I was ok.
Reps were a waste of time never once asked if I was ok just interested in selling the tours.
Would go back again.

Clean and pleasant, staff were first class. I have never stayed at a 'Gold' Hotel before, but I gather this shouldn't be one !!
No luxuries in the room or the Hotel in general. Food nice, lots of choice and always freshly cooked meat and fish. We weren't offered the all inclusive drinks package. The internet never worked from the first to the last day !
If we hadn't upgraded we would have had to trudge up a long hill every day with bottles of water. No shop in the Hotel. The thing that unfortunately ruined it for us was the beds. Rock Solid ! Apparently they had new mattresses ( or that's what they said ).
First time we complained we got 2 blankets to put on the bed underneath us! Next time our mattresses were supposedly changed, but we strongly suspect they were only turned over, as we had forgotten something and came back up to the room whilst they obviously weren't expecting us! No signs of any 'new' mattresses being taken away. Very pleasant over all, but if this is 'gold' I'm not paying that much again !

Very pleased with the hotel. Chose it because it is a gold, no children, plenty to do and lots of people to talk to. We were not disappointed!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Took up the drinks option which we found good value.
Food very good, loads of choice. Room comfortable.
Special mention for Katie and Leanne, entertainment team, both new to the job! We had a good laugh with them. Thought they were doing a very good job. Entertainment in the night was mixed. We enjoyed all the professional shows and always found something to enjoy the other evenings, just as well as there was nowhere else we wanted to go in the resort.

Not a Thomson Gold in our opinion.
Hotel is small although staff are good.
The reps were fantastic and gave some good entertainment.

Just got back today from above hotel. We took up the drinks option but I hadnt read the rules very well.
In the dining room there are only about four choices of wine you can have, the beers are also limited. As you can only have the cheapest drinks I added it up and we were only using about 10 euros of our 26 euros a day a day it was costing us.
I went to see the manager and pointed out my complaint and he cancelled the agreement. We travelled from Norwich airport and had to leave the hoter our hotel at 0325 hours for our flight home. I approached the head Thomson rep and asked if we got any breakfast as we never had any food on the flight out she said no.
When I booked an early morning call manager told me drinks and biscuits were availble in the dining hall for us early starters. I wouldnt go to the hotel again, think their hotel in Menorca is much nicer and more worthy of gold status.

Just returned from holiday in this hotel on the whole not a bad hotel, however if you have previously visited some of Thomson's better "Gold" hotels you may like us be a bit disappointed.
The hotel is clean but small. Reception not at all grand.
Food edible but not startling. All inclusive drink package cost 13.70 euro per person per day and though it is good value I think alcoholic drinks are watered down as it's impossible to get drunk!
Entertainment ok but nothing to write home about saw 1 British comedian the rest of the entertainment was mainly Thomson's own acts and though the 2 boys & 2 girls who did the bulk of the entertainment were excellent singers we did see 4 different shows performed by them. Thomson really need to spend more on entertainment.

We stayed in the Cala Llonga Fiesta Thomson Gold Hotel.
Would highly recommend this holiday. We saw some mixed comments on this holiday last year about a stomach bug but I can say we were fine.
The food was excellent plenty to chose from, and the staff were brilliant. We liked the idea of paying 13.70e per day for the all inclusive drinks.
Entertainment was ok the reps worked hard and tried there best.
No complaints about this holiday at all had a great time.
We will be back.

When booking your holiday at this hotel check and double check that your room will have a balcony if you require one as we were not advised of this by the travel agent and we failed to thoroughly check our confirmation invoice for the abbreviation BL(which is something the rep constantly reminded us of when we complained)
The room was tiny, damp & smelly. We asked to be moved & eventually were although the rep was condescending & gave the impression she would rather not move us as it was our own fault. We were moved to a room of the standard we are used to for 9 nights at a cost of
