This was our 3rd visit to this hotel,first room not good so arter 2 days we changed 2nd room bigger and a better sea view.The news about the bug was everywhere ,my wife was ill for 24 hours and so was i.Some peaple were ill for 3 days ,one lady was left on her own for 3 days,if she had not phoned down to reception well make up yor own mind.Apart from that we had a good time apart from the in house entertainment which was childish.We met some nice people elain and nick who we will hopefully keep in contact with.The all enclusive option worked out very well and would do it again.We would like to take our friends back next year but they need to sort this bug out.Maybe a thought test the staff as one of them could be a carrier of something.

The bug is still there, we have just returned from the hotel, we spoke to a number of people and most of them had been hit with it, my wife had 2 days in bed with the bug, the reps said that there was not a problem with this hotel, but we really enjoyed our stay there, the setting is great the entertainment could be better, but the reps where very good, well done to them all, we will return next year subject to them sorting out the bug it needs to be dealt with.

Stayed with my elderly parents last summer. Before going very concerned about reports of the ' bug'. We had no problems and were not aware of anyone else being ill. At meal times you were asked to have your hands sprayed with disinfectant. Fair enough as a precautionary measure.
I had a single room. Could not fault it.The brochure says space is limited. Well perhaps I was very lucky but my room had plenty of space and the same facilities of twins

Just returned from this hotel.
We were a bit concerned before we travelled as we had read some worrying reviews of this hotel. We are glad to say that we were delighted with the hotel.
The hotel is set in a bay which provides a stunning view. The resort is quite small so definately for those looking for a quiet relaxing holiday.
The age group that was staying whilst we were there was largely over 50's (We are early 30's), although if like us you are looking for a holiday that is relaxing then this is it.
The hotel staff are the best that we have ever come across they are very friendly and helpful from the cleaners to the hotel manager.
The hotel is kept very clean and well maintained.
The selection of food at breakfast and at dinner is wide and varied and to a high quality.
The evening entertainment was good but was focused towards the elder guests although the Thomson entertainment team were very good and were the best of the entertainment that was on offer.
We would definately return to this hotel again.

Wife, myself & daughter age 17. Hotel does not really caters for teenagers although Thomson entertainmnet staff were brilliant day & night. Other entertainment in evenings variable but you could go elsewhere! Plenty of games during day but only if you wanted to join in. Those of us who did had a great time. Hotel in superb location. Cannot rate the staff too highly. Also great choice of great food. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would quite happily go again.

We travelled as a group of 6 friends, which we do twice a year. We have been to Ibiza 5 or 6 times now and this is the first time we have been to this hotel,
we found the location excellent just a short walk into the centre of Cala Llonga. Cala Llonga is small but very compact with everything that you need in and around ie. bars, restaurants, shops and a local bus which takes you into Ibiza town and other resorts and of course the boat which you can take as an alternative into Santa Eulalia (were you can change to go to Ibiza town or Es Cana).
We found the staff very courtious and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were top class, very clean and tidy and bed linen was crisp and white.
The food was excellent and very well presented, we had no problem deciding on what we wanted to eat because there was so much choice.
The reps worked very hard to keep the guests entertained during the day and evening although we didn't really get involved in the entertainment ourselves.
We certainly would go back to this hotel again in the future.
