We have been to both the hotel and apartments both my husband and I, or we have traveled here with a group of friends this year was about our 7th time where we stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks at the end of August but we were also there in July for the weekend
All the staff in the hotel are the nicest people you could ever meet they take time out to speak to you, very friendly indeed. Also the entertainment in the evening is excellent.
The hotel Costa Sur in Ibiza have just installed AC this year so it made a lot of difference. My husband and I have met over the years in San An Bay many locals who we have become friendly with and we have actually got a family coming to stay with us in December.

the apartments were really clean and tidy. the area around the pool's always had activities going on so you were never bored and there was an arcade bit with pool tables etc. there were lots of bars around the pool so you had somewere always open for food and drinks. the meals overall were very nice and you could eat all you want so youwere never left starving. The location was nice because its wasn't loud but it wasn't too quite.

Clean, friendly hotel. The food was very good.
When we booked this holiday we asked for a quiet room - we were given the total opposite. Our apartment was directly above a noisy bar which was open until 4am in the morning. When I arrived I mentioned wanting a quiet room as I have an 11mth baby and a 5 year old the receptionist said that if I was unhappy with my room I could asked to be moved in the morning. Obviously we were extremely unhappy with the noise level as it was ridiculous. The next morning at 9am I went to reception and they told me there was nothing they could do at the moment and they would try and move me on Saturday - this never happened!!!
We feel that familes with small children should not under any circumstances be allocated the apartment above this noisy bar.

Sol post apartments were in a good location with a good supermarket across the road.
Pool area was to busy with noisy children so we went to the beach everyday..... not enough sunbeds in pool area.
Staff were good, especially the night time staff who were very patient with our drunken antics.
We will definately be coming back!! - glad you installed the air con...

The food was exellent the location was just right. The hotel staff were allways available for help and were just superb.
The entertainment was brilliant espeacially the nightly entertainment.
We all enjoyed the holiday and will be going back next year five star superb.

loved it! loved it! loved it! Couldnt have had a better 2 weeks, the evening entertainment was brilliant, the kids club staff were fantastic, there was something going on all the time.
We are coming back again this year but this time we will be staying half board as the food looked lovely and its cheaper!!

We stayed in the hotel Costa sur for 2 weeks the people at the hotel were very friendly and helpful! There was always entertainment going on and there was plenty to do I would definitely visit this hotel again! I would like to say thank you to the people at the hotel for making my visit worthwhile!

We got a last minute deal to the Costa Sur & Sol post and it was a great week.
the resort was great and close to everything.
All Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
The entertainment provided for kids and adults was excellent, really excellent.
Only disappointing thing about the holiday was I wish we had have been there for a fortnight!
WE WILL BE BACK!

In the last twenty years we have stayed at this hotel most years. Even if we go elsewhere we usually have a week here.
Its absolutely fantastic, lack of air con in the rooms let it down as it gets so hot in August, but I believe its installed for this year, and we will be going again.

there was 9 girls all together, we all stayed in sol post apartments. we all had a greate time. the hotel was fantastic and the entertainment was even better, i would love to vist the hotel again as i mad a really good friend that worked there.
