An excellent short break! Food, cleanlines, staff all first class, location perhaps leaves something to be desired, rather too much building work and completed buildings in the immediate vicinity for our taste.

Nevertheles, highly recommended, especially for the quantity and quality of the food.

The food was definately the best. We read a comment that someone complained about the food because there were no chips! We could have chips every night if we wanted to!

The meals were buffets with breakfast having a full English with croissants, cereals, juice, coffee and cakes. The evening meals always had something different, two types of soup to start with, salad and pasta dishes. Loads of main dishes (at least 5) including kids and vegetarian. We had a bit of each most nights! No need to by any food at lunch because there was so much to eat at breakfast.

Meal times were great, breakfast between 8 and 10am and evening meal between 6.30 and 9pm. There was never a rush and always seats available at any time.

The room was very pleasant just what you'd expect from a three star hotel. Twin beds with a bathroom, sofa and tv.

The hotel is a 10-12 minute walk from the town at the peak of the sun. The walk doesn't even feel that long because the walk is along the seafront with bars and cafes all the way along.

The only downside on the entertainment was it was all for kids which is understandable. As a couple in our early twenties we went down to the town every night to the bars.

Drinks were reasonable in the hotel and the resort. A pint was about

We stayed at the hotel club siesta in September 2004 with our 2 children, the location was in a good area of Ibiza with the beach and town only a 10-15 minute walk away. The food in the hotel was alright but there was not a lot of choice and after 2 weeks we were a bit sick of the same things.

The one thing I can praise this hotel for is the entertainment staff, tom and jess, and the kids club reps loopy Lindsay and cute Carrie, together these 4 people made our holiday the best ever, they were brilliant with the kids and played some really good games with them (especially go fetch!!!).

I would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Well done club siesta and thank you for an excellent holiday

Fantastic holiday, Tom and Jess were excellent entertainment day and night. So were the others who helped, simon etc. kids could do no wrong no matter what age. Enjoyed all 7 nights evening entertainment which covered a wide variety from a hypnotist to a parrot show. Would definetly fetch the grandson back.

The Serenis hotel was very clean, situated in lovely gardens. the maid service was excellent and they were always friendly. the rooms were all air conditioned which was great when coming in from the hot sun. the food was excellent with a great choice for all ages.the staff were all friendly and made you feel welcome. tom and jess were great entertainers. they even had a swimming coach called chloe who was superb with the kids. the kids club was great mainly due to the proffessionalisim of the reps.

We got back last week. Excellent two weeks. Been here twice before and each time we have had an even better time. Staff are very friendly and polite and helpful. Jess and Tom the entertainers were excellent. They were really friendly and the kids loved them. Hotel food is okay but by the end of the second week you begin to get bored with it (but none of us ever got ill so its not a bad thing). Bar staff work really hard in the evening as did Jess and Tom. The only down side is that this year you needed to get up by 7 am to get a decent sunbed round the pool, people must have been setting alarm clocks!
Would recommed this hotel to anyone, especially with kids. Loads going on during the day as well as the evening.

We would thoroughly recommend this hotel. There was plenty for the children to do and they particularly enjoyed the rather cheesy evening entertainment, especially the hypnotist and the fabulous Miss Karla. There were children's competitions each night, after the kid's disco, and the bar staff worked very hard to keep the adult's alcohol levels topped up! The rooms are a bit small, but we didn't spend much time in ours and it had air con., which was great as the weather was scorching. During the day there was things like aquafit and even scuba diving to try.

The food was delicious (and I'm hard to please), a good hot buffet with plenty of choice, the paella was yummy and absolutely stuffed with seafood. Jose, the head waiter, was very charming and even opened the restaurant early for us on our last night so that we could eat before the coach collected us at 6.30.

The beach was a five or ten min stroll away and was gorgeous, with a lovely beach bar, and plenty of restaurants lining the promenade. There were also banana boat rides and pedeloes which were reasonably priced and the children loved.

We took a cab to Ibiza Town one night (15 euro), we loved it there. Windy streets, lots of bars and beautiful people. The kids loved looking at the yachts. The water park trip was good, though expensive, and the sunset cruise to San Antonio was lovely, though we hated the town itself.

Oh! And check out the hot pork and cheese baguettes from Titanic, opposite the hotel. Yum!

Just got back last night. Had an amazing time - we didn't want to leave. My daughter started crying when we got back because she missed the reps - that is a sure sign that they did a good job!

Tom and ginger Jessica were brilliant hosts. Evening entertainment good if not a bit cheesey at times. All staff were friendly and willing to go that little bit further to help.

Air conditioning was working in rooms so kids didn't have any problems sleeping. Rooms are a little bit small and not that much storage for a family of 4 but didn't really mind as so much to do we were never really in there.

There were always plenty of reps around and offered help and they didn't do the 'hard sell' either. The kids club was brilliant especially as they have 2 chill out sessions a week where you can leave the children from 9pm til 11.30pm - idea opportunity to head down to a beach front restaurant.

Although there was building work going on close by, you never heard it.

On arrival at the hotel our first impression was that the decor was maybe a little dated and our room on the small side compared to hotels we had previously stayed in.

Once we had unpacked and had a venture about we quickly realised that we wouldnt be in our room long enough for it to matter!!

The entertainment for adulos and children was plentiful allowing you to take part as much or as little as u like, Mercedes and Spike work very hard!!

The hotel staff were most helpful, Pepe, the team on reception and the ladies in the restaurant were very efficient and friendly.

The food was of a good standard with plenty of choice for everyone. Gemma the lifeguard was extremely "on the ball" and very friendly. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis and frsh towels laid out each day.

Hotel is situated in quiet area called Siesta. The beach and promenade of Santa Eulalia is only 5/10 min walk. The hill isn't bad at all. The Hotel is spotlessly clean and food is fine but not alot of choice for fussy children! We went to this hotel 5 years ago and Carlos and Paco remembered us straight away. Hotel staff are so friendly. Loads for children to do day and night and the two hotel's entertainers Fat Tom and Thin Tom made our holiday - they were fantastic with the kids day and night. Kids reps all seemed nice but especially Carrie and Swim Kids Emma.
Will definately be returning to this hotel.
