Arrived in the early hours of the morning. Reception staff were efficient in booking our party in as quickly as possible. The restaurant manager then took us into the restaurant where a cold buffet was waiting for us, together with soft and alcoholic drinks.
The rooms were clean, well furnished and we had a lovely view of the pool and sea. The hairdryer was not as powerful as at home, so I would recommend taking your own if needed.
Plenty of storage space and crockery and utensils were provided even though we were AI. Coffee sachets are provided - but no kettle, so boil water in a saucepan.
Pool area was well maintained and plenty of sunbeds, parasols and tables and chairs.
Food was excellent, so much so that we chose to eat at the hotel every evening.
Such a shame there is no beach in the immediate area, but you can swim from the rocks - I would advise pool shoes - the water is very warm and clean.
When the sun gets too hot, take a dip in the indoor pool - very refreshng!
Activities throughout the day were available for all who wished to join in.
Entertainment at night unfortunately was not to our taste. However, after a lovely meal and a few drinks on the terrace, we used to take a stroll into Santa Eulalia which is only a very short distance away and very pleasant with an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants, and not forgetting the harbour, which is great for trying to guess who owns the huge yachts that are moored there.
An excellent hotel situated in a quiet area but within easy reach of all that Ibiza has to offer - I would definately visit this hotel again

The hotel is well worth its 4 star rating and is really clean. ALL the staff that we came into contact with were very pleasant and helpful.
The rooms are of one bedroom with twin beds and a living area with a settee and a chair that also become beds. There is a sink, 3 electric rings, a fridge and a tv. A hairdrier is provided in the bathroom.
The food was of good quality, I personally did'nt think there was enough variety but I put that down to the fact that it was'nt there main season as yet.
The hotel is located just on the edge of Santa Eulalia, a taxi will cast you 4/5 euros and we could walk in along the prom in anything from 15 to 30 minutes.
For a 4 star hotel the entertainment was very poor and if the english speaking staff were off duty it was spoken in German only. We generally stopped in the bar area chatting anyway with the new friends we had made.
People from Germany, Austria, Spain and the UK (amongst others) use this hotel and the main entertainment crew are German speaking, for instance the all came around the pool about 10 and 3 to sing a german song with the kids, but of course only the German speaking kids can join in.
The hotel was less than half full while we were there so we got what we wanted, a nice quiet, relaxing holiday. I guess the hotel will be totally different was the summer season gets into full flow.
We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel, it cost 26 euros. For the four of us it was a saving of over

When we arrived we were very impressed with the quality of the Hotel, it was clean, modern and very welcoming. We were self catering but we did use the Hotel Restaurant two or three times and found it to be very good.(10 Euro's).The location of the hotel was very handy, it is just outside Santa Eulalia and is very easy to walk into at night.
The staff were very friendly and spoke good English, nothing seemed to be to much trouble. The evening entertainment left a lot to be desired, it never got interesting until after 10 o'clock and to be quite honest it was not worth watching.
So most nights we took a stroll down the road to Mango's, it's just 5 min's walk away and is well worth it. We would stay at the Hotel again and again it would be on a self catering basis.
There is a kid's club run by the entertainment staff which our son loved but it was mainly German. The area around the pool is very nice, it is cleaned every morning and if the water is too cold there is also a heated indoor pool.
The bar is a bit expensive 5 Euro's for two small beer's (they don't do pint's)but down at Mango's a pint is 3 Euro's and the view is better.

Absolutely top notch Apartments in Santa Eulalia. German orientated (every other guest but us), which means you get great service. Everything is spotlessly clean, & nothings too much trouble for any of the staff.
Rooms were excellent, with a great view, & the place has a great pool.
One complaint, which didn't hinder our holiday, but may make a big difference to families etc, is the fact that all the Germans are there on all-inclusive deals.
We didn't stay at the apartments at night, but just trying to buy a drink during the day is a struggle. The sight of cash puts the staff into panic, & they don't know what to charge for anything! Quite comical, but would probably cause problems for people wanting to eat there etc.
