The hotel is clean & attractive with well tended gardens & a lovely play area for children. The food was hot & good & plentiful, perhaps could have been more variety, but we were never hungry! The location is great & we had a lovely sea view. The wines & beers available to all inclusive guests were very palatable! Staff were friendly & helpful. The entertainment was only just getting underway but we enjoyed the parrot show. Would certainly go again.

Cleanliness was second to non, and our room was cleaned and towels changed daily
The food was wholesome and well presented but not a great deal of choice. Saying that you would not starve
Location of the hotel was great, right in the middle of the local entertainment, close to the beach and short walk to the harbour.
Our room had a sea view, overlooking the pool on the seventh floor. The view from the room was terrific, WOW that is all we could say.
Hotel staff were very courteous helpful and friendly.
The entertainment was not that spectacular but there was plenty of choice in the local bars etc.
I would certainly visit again if we return to Alcudia

We booked allocated on arrival and was worried we would end up somewhere horrible, but we ended up in Condes which we thought was lovely.
The location was perfect and the hotel was kept very clean with maid service everyday.
The food was good with alot of variety, just watch the cereal in a morning as I found a creepy crawly in mine which put me off for a while. If you dont like your milk to be extremely creamy take your own.
Overall we really enjoyed the holiday and would recommend this to anybody thinking of going. If you are going soon you must visit Pago Pago Bar the bar men are really funny. Also for a cheaper drink try Bamboo Bar which is british owned.

My partner and I visited the hotel at the start of Septemeber, on arrival we were very impressed by the overall look of the establishment and it was situated perfectly, not far from the beach and in close enough range to bars and the local market.
Unfortunately 3 days into our break my partner came down with food poisoning and was in bed for 4 days. As we had not eaten outside the hotel we can only assume that this was from the hotel restaurant, although, would not say for sure.
3/4 of the way through our holiday, I then developed nasty red lumps all over my body, particularly on the palms of my hands and back. I went to a chemist and was told that they were bites, I assumed from flies or something, it wasnt until I went to make the beds on one of the days the maid hadnt been and found the sheets crawling in small beetles that I found that to be the cause. Other than that, the hotel was found to be very clean.

Hotel is kept clean litter removed efficiently. Lovely location with easy walking distance of the beach and the port.
You can feed the numerous fish my 3 year old couldnt belive the size and ammount of fish!we had a room on the third floor with a lovely view of the sea.
We booked the hotel on half board basis and upgraded when we got there though all inclusive. At home we were going to be charged 500 pounds for four adults and two children yet at the hotel we were only charged 200! what a bargain.
The down side of this hotel is the entertainment which is poor,although the drunken duck pub was well liked by my daughter and her friends.

We actually started our holiday in the Bellevue apartments (horrible.) My wife found a poster asking if anybody would like a free upgrade to another hotel as the Bellevue had overbooked. We went from self catering in the Bellevue no aircon, to all inclusive to the Condes de Alcudia air-conditioned.

Alcudia was a very beautiful place.
Condes was very nice hotel food was fab and location was excellent definitely come back.
Drunken Duck was brilliant laugh got to visit.
