The hotel and rooms were clean, good location to the beach and resort bars, shops etc.

The entertainment staff were very enthusiastic although, Ithink the decibels at times were far too high for adult ears let alone young children and information was not clear enough to hear. When the weather is cooler in the evenings there was nowhere for non-smokers to enjoy a drink and the entertainment.

The public areas and hotel rooms had a definate smell of stale and current smoke, although they were sprayed when we requested. the food was basic, however, the bacon and eggs were swimming in oil and fat which would put you off.

Still we had a good time with great company that we met.

We were told that this location was quiet but never imagined it to be as quiet as it was. Thought that there would have been enough to do outside the hotel during the day there were shops which when your there for a fortnight you can't do that every day. Then at night there was the restraunts. We did go to the irish pub and Tiphanys one of the nights and met a few people from the resort.

Hotel was very clean and staff really friendly. It made a difference having an English speaking lady on reception.

Food wasn't very good and we found ourselves eating out at the british cafe oposite for breakfast in our second week.

Drink measures were too big and at times undrinkable.

Entertain was on the whole good some nights could have been a bit better. during the day we felt that the entertainment was aimed at the childern, teenagers and the older adults with us being 23 we didn't feel the bothered with us.

Lifts were a bit dangerous as the doors shut too fast.

No tv in the room and with entertainment finishing at 12am we could have been doing with one.

If we had only been there for 7 days and not 14 i'm sure we would have had a better time. Wont be back at Callas de mallorca but noo reflectionn on the hotel the resort just had nothing much to do.

We were very dubious about this hotel as we had read some reviews prior to our departure. However, upon our return, we would definately return. The food was better than expected and there was a wide variety of food and plenty of it. Junk/greasy food was kept to a minimum.

The hotel and rooms were excellent for cleanliness and staff were fantastic, especially with kids! The hotel was in a great location with shops, bars and cafes opposite, along with lots of childrens rides. My kids were always amused!!

The hotel entertainment was average and the entertainment team worked day and night to keep everyone happy. We did have one full day of heavy rain and there could have been more activites for the children indoors, but this was only a minor problems and the rain soon passed.

I have loads of good things to say about this hotel, which far outway the bad. My only major concern would be visiting the hotel in the high season as there is no airconditioning, although you can hire fans!!!

We stayed in the hotel Samoa, we thought the hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

The food was very good some days had more choice than others, but considering having a diabetic in the family the were no problems there.

The entertainment staff were very nice and did their utmost to the kids doing things, everybody joined in the water games and we made plenty of friends round the pool.

The pool was clean and plenty big enough, with half being shallow and deeper for us adults, with a kiddies pool next to it.

The evening entertainment was great also they had us all joining in that too. We would definitely go back again.

Rooms were clean but no air condition had to hire a fan which was around 34 euros for 2 weeks.

Food was not suitable for kids at all snack bar was useless as well as breakfast complete waste of money going all inclusive.

Entertainers work non stop from 10am till midnight trying their hardest to place all although they appear to have their favourite holidaymakers!!!

Had to get up at 7am every morning for a table with a shade and then wait one and a half hours for a sunbed as their chained up till 8.30am and then it's a free for all 2 sunbeds per room.

Hotel staff very friendly!!

All in all saved hard for holiday but had to eat out most of time very disappointing will not be returning to the Samoa

This hotel is excellent for families with younger children the entertainment staff work very hard keeping kids and adults entertained although alot of it does depend on people getting involved in the activities, bit like caravan sites.

Kids clubs run by reps not advertised enough so alot of children were unaware of them running at the other end of the hotel. Rooms basic no tv or air conditioning but fine.

Erm food ... plenty of it but like all all inclusives becomes repetative, cheap enough to eat out in town a few times though, very clean in restaurant, but shuts on time pronto ! Waiters are friendly and polite and work very hard. Drinks are large measures but small plastic cups and you can only order 1 drink per person (you have a card which has a photo of you and those in your booking), each time you queue, so for me I could order 3 drinks each time.

Oh if your reading this site I guess you are aware by now sunbeds are a bit of a issue, they are padlocked up and at 8.30am unlocked they could do with double the amount of beds they have as it almost became a fight to grab beds (not what a holiday is about).

The bouncy castle is broke so if you are looking at the Samoa on the internet dont be dissapointed when you arrive and its broke as i got the impression they wasn't in a rush to have it fixed we were there 2 weeks and it never moved from the floor.

Lifts shut really quick and are dangerous for adults let alone children. I wouldn't return to either the Samoa or Calas de Mallorca but only because i would like to experiance other places, our whole party thoroughly enjoyed this holiday.

Just be aware it is noisy and kid orientated mind you we went in the summer holidays !!

Returned to Samoa this year after a great time last year. Everything was perfect, food was always fresh, plenty of choice even for the fussiest of eaters! Plenty of activities for old and young during the day and evening. Only down side was when we had some rain, the entertainment stopped, wasn't carried on inside. Would definately go back there again.

I have been to this hotel on numerous occasions. This year my brother and his friend and my fiance and myself came back to stay at the Samoa for 2 weeks at the end of August.

The hotel cleanliness is as you would expect for a three star hotel- the maids were only too happy to help if you had a problem.

The food wasn't the best it has been there, there were a few nights where a chip butty had to do but as we have friends who live in Calas De Mallorca we never went hungry!

The location of the hotel is great- near to the beach and the shops, bars.

The hotel staff and the entertainment team are first class we would never have a complaint to make about one of them. Kevin and his team were great!!!

We will visit this hotel again!!!
