This hotel is a joke... Too many young thugs who plan on wrecking the place!
On our first day my husband had to dodge a string of flying tyres that had been thrown off someones balcony, he would have most definitely been hospitalised if they hit him.
The noise was terrible, every morning we'd be woken up to some guy banging a ladle on his balcony shouting 'terry dolans black and amber army' What the hell that means I have no idea... There was fighting and rucking most nights.. Think they'd been drinking to much stunt juice. One night laid asleep and some man kicked a big hole in our door and gave us a cat flap, thought it was his room and had lost the key!
I will most definatly never consider this place for a future holiday. It was a disaster.

used condoms in the swimming pool and on the landings, bottles continually being thrown and broken, kept awake all night with violent noisy behaviour. naked men urinating off balconies. totally unhelpfull staff all incidents reported but nothing done. and ultimately some thug tried to break down our door whilst we were in bed threatening to rape my wife! the accomodation was totally sub-standard to the point of being dangerous!!! the only remedy for this place i suggest is closure.

Very noisy, staff unhelpful, we even had to hire a kettle as the room was not supplied with one, although this was supposed to be a self catering apartment. Dirty cutlery and no cups, we had to buy some.
Located in an area with a 2min flat walk to the beach, this was the only good thing about it.
Couldn't use pool, most times used as a football pitch.
Roof outside apartment was dangerous and a health hazzard, broken glass ect, someone even threw a stereo over the balcony.
No sleep for a week as fighting and sreaming going on all night.
Entertainment was watching the people in the apartments opposite, so close you could almost shake hands!
Susies was the place that kept us sane, and they do great food!!.
Beware room 101 it has ants!!!

We had an amazing time in magaluf the apartments in sol y vera were very clean and very close to the beach and the strip. A stone throw away from the best club bcm.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it!
When we first arrived we were all a bit worried because some lads had warned us of staff breaking into apartments. However, we didn't notice any of this during our stay.
The only problem that we encountered was that the maids did not change our sheets or towels, so every morning we would have to rob our own towels and sheets from the trolley without them noticing!
The pool area was great, always loads of fun and the bar was extremely friendly and good value for money.
We will definitely be visiting again and would recommend this hotel to young people and not families as there is always a lot of noise, especially when we were staying there!

Well what can we say, just got back three days ago absoultly loved it. The hotel was right in the middle of everywhere plenty of bars and just down the road from BCM.
We stayed for a week it wasnt the cleanest hotel but it did us.
We had a laugh with the staff at suzies bar which is right under sol y vera. The hotel staff were spanish who kept themselves to themselves.
There was'nt any entertainment on in the hotel but you didnt have to look far,it was good in away so you could catch some ZZZZZzzzzzs.
We would recomend this hotel to anyone watch out sol y vera were coming back.xx

Just arrived back from sol y vera what a hotel..... jusr a stroll away from al the big clubs and pubs. Hotel was very clean, entertainment was very poor but the cleaniness of the rooms made up for that.

I have stayed at these appartments 7 times before, they aren't the best on the Island but I would say that it is a lot more than a 1 star appartment.
The rooms are spacious, the reception and pool areas are clean and tidy. The sea views are spectacular.
The appartments are a two minute walk from the beach and bars. (This is still far enough away to get a good nights sleep.)
The staff are friendly and do their job well.
The bar by the pool (Susies bar) is family run and very friendly. In my oppinion they serve the best breakfasts in Magaluff. If you go to these appartments pop into Susies bar and say hello to Alan, Stacey and Rita. You will get an extremely warm welcome!
I would recomend these appartments to groups of friends that want to go on holiday and have fun.

Hotel has excellent location, very close to the main bars and clubs and just a 5-10 min walk to the beach, Mc Donalds very close by too!!! as well as many other restaurants just over the road from hotel!! Very close to the BCM club!!
Hotel has a nice swimming pool, a bit small but it was never cramped or over crowded!!
Rooms were very clean!! and of a large size with a nice view!! request pool view!!! no entertainment at hotel but there is a lively bar by the pool!
Only problem in rooms was no air conditioning!!! but fans are available!!
We very much enjoyed our stay here, we are two young girls and felt very comfortable at this hotel!
As I am a travel agent I have visited many hotels and would stronly reccomend this hotel to the YOUNG and Lively people looking for fun in Magaluf!
