The Hotel is lovely and very big hotel, the swimming pool is very big with clean water.
The foods is great and lovely. The night entertainment is good.
The staff for children fun is good.
We have been hired car it is well cheap!!
We loved the beach and the mini bus to lifts take us to beach it is free fare it is great.
We will going back in few years time.

This was our first holiday abroad, so we were a little unsure what to expect, we needed have been, on arrival we were surprised how clean everything looked, we were then given the keys to our room, and was absolutely amazed how large it was, we went half board so were staying in the hotel, the rooms were spotlessly clean, we unpacked and decided to get our tea. The restaurant was very spacious more than enough room to cover the amount of guests that were there, the food was pleasantly presented,and very good,the tables were cleared and relayed almost immediately, never no dirty plates from the previous guests, maids came daily except Sunday, all the hotel staff were very friendly especially towards the children, nightly entertainment in the hotel left a little to be desired but on the whole not too bad Pedro did his best to play bingo.
Ideal location for the beach 10 - 15 mins walk depending whether you stopped to feed fish, bus provided for beach if required, (We used to walk, my husband got on first name terms with the fish) beach was the best I have ever seen, again clean and tidy, sea was a must for the children,Its blue was there comment, and they could see the bottom, If you wanted the night life it was there, just a walk up town, but plenty of bars and cafes locally, good take away food for those days on the beach. Highly recommend the Hotel and Location, we have rebooked to go to the same hotel 2003, hope everyone enjoys themselves as much as my family did.And the biggest factor it was cheap. PS Take taxis instead of buses.

Been back a week having previously visited in june 2000. This time stayed self catering as hotel food was appalling. Yes, entertainment was rubbish and did drone on until midnight however the appartments are spacious, clean and well equipped. Nice to see they have installed air conditioning since our last visit! Well situated in a quiet area yet still close to beach (although we only went once as pool is excellent). Staff dedicated more to children than adults so good for families. Kids clubs well run with plenty of different activities. Cheers bar definately worth visiting for the evening entertainment. Hotel supermarket cheaper than Spar round the corner although this has more to choose from. Nice to see hotel refunds new eco tax (28 euros per couple for 14 night stay) in vouchers which you can spend anywhere in hotel.
Car hire in hotel reception through Salesca cheaper than any other found, especially if you barter a bit!!

Myself and my two children 13 & 16 have just returned from the Lagotel. Anyone going here is in for a nice suprise. The hotel is clean and well posistioned, with a lovely view on the lake (beware mossies). We found the First Choice reps first class and the hotel staff were very good also.The resort is set up for families and there is plenty to do! The activities laid on by the hotel were good fun (and all free), pistol shooting, rifle shooting, shuffle boards,pool etc for the adults, with a wider range available for the kids. We were on half board and found the food excellent, well presented and well cooked. The beach is lovely and only 15 mins stroll away. Dont forget the bread roll to feed the fish on the way! The Pirates show was expensive but well worth the money for the superb entertainment. The bus system is good but VERY crowded. We did hire a car to see a little more, and found it easy to get around, although the local drivers drive very fast and dont allow you to linger. The evening entertainment at the hotel was on the whole very good - family fun for all. The hotel is open plan with alot of marble which can be noisy, although the other guests did tend to consider this late at night. I will return to the Lagotel, and say to you all going this year, enjoy and we wish we were with you.

My husband and i just got back today, we went with my two sisters and there children aged from 3 to 17 six children and five adults and we all had an excellent time , food was great though i do think that times for breakfast and dinner could be longer and maybe a little later. We stayed half board and found it hard to get up in time for breakfast and a bit of a rush at dinnertime if you had been out anywhere. We found the staff to be very friendly and the service was great. Had a room over looking the lake which was lovely and quiet and shaded which was a nice break from the sun.
The entertainment was a little cheesy at times but funny to watch. Kids loved the mini disco mind you so did some of us adults especially the mimic man. Was lots of activities loved the pistol and rifle shooting though i never won i had alot of fun trying. Had a ball and was sad to come home would recommend to anyone.

I recomend this hotel 2 every1 i jus went with my a family of 10 from all ages and all loved it.
I stayed in the apartments and we went to a variety of bars and restaraunts 5mins away to eat.
The hotel is spotless and all thought nightlife in the hotel aint superpurb there is always cheers bar and many more just around the corner and me and my cousins all teenagers went to all the nightclubs which were a 20min walk away allthought you can get a bus to anywere in alcudia for just 1euro=60p and taxi's were only cheep too.

I thought that the hotel was a nice place to stop in.
The food was fantastic and so was the entertainment there was a wide variety of things to do in the day. Not far from the hotel u have a bar and a shop and the tennis court and mini golf . The rooms were clean you would have a cleaner every morning to make ur bed and to change the towels.i think i would stop there again.the staff were very plesant and good with the children.

I have just returned from the Lagotel and I would go back in a minute. We were in a group of 3 families with 6 kids from age 4 months up to 14 years. The kids had a great time with plenty to do, the pool was a bit cold but a welcome relief from the heat so no complaints there. The kids reps and entertainers were very good with the kids and also had swimming lessons for the kids while you are there which I thought was a good idea. Everything was very clean and in good condition although the hotel foyer had lovely fountains etc which unfortunately were never turned on.

This was our first family holiday with two children under 4.
We found the food excellent, the hotel staff were very friendly and were always joking with our girls when we were at reception, rooms were very tidy and clean, we couldn't use the balcony at night for the mozzies but that's not the hotel's fault!!!
Our cot was faulty the night we arrived at 01.30, it was changed by 10 am the next morning, try to get a seperate bedroom for any kids, my wife and I were in bed at 21:30 with the children !!
We felt that although the hotel had a great pool it was far too cold so we headed for the excellent beach 10 mins walk away.
All in all an excellent hotel, bit of a hike to see any night time shows in Palma though.
Yes there was a bit of noise at night but we were so tired we never really heard it and it didn't go on past 2300, people are on holiday you know !!! lighten up a bit !!
