This is the third time of staying at Las Gaviotas, we gave our boys the option on where to go on holiday and they pick here.
The staff are very pleasant and friendly and are always polite. The location is good as you only have to walk across the road and your on the beach and near all the shops and supermarkets.
The entertainment is poor and needs to be looked at, as if you are there for two weeks everything is repeated, so we used to go to other places around Alcudia.
The montana bar downstairs if great, the food is really good and it's not expensive to eat there like some places.

My children enjoy stopping here and we will definitely be coming back there for our next holiday.
The cleanliness of the actual hotel was really good, the downside was the cleaner that we had for our room did not do a very good job.
The staff are really friendly and very helpful.
The entertainment was poor but hopefully they will sort this out for when we go next year, but otherwise there are plenty of bars and restaurants you can go to that are close by, they are all kid friendly.

when we arrived at the hotel it was about 50clock in the morning and we were all tired we checked in resnabley quick and the guy at the desk seemed helpfull.we stayed there for 2 weeks and during that time we had about three days of rain . it has 3 pools only 2 u can really use as 1 of them is dirty. near the hotel you only have a few places to choose from the main pub near there was the swan and that was pritty crab cheap food though.the broshore said it was great for families but its bellview thats great for families and to walk there it would take about 45 minutes and thats not a word of a lie as we walked it several times because we were told it was a 2 hour wait on a taxi. it it worth the walk though as thats the hart of the place its a bit like benidorm only better , wish we had booked a hotel there instead.
the entertainment was rubish it was the same people on every night and 1 night a magic show or half an hour.
all the trips ar very expensive and everything worth going 2 is 2 far away in magaluf its about 2 hours or so on a bus 2 get to son amar show and water parks and dolphin shows and things like that.the food was disgusting i paid 30 euros for a steak and chips and drink the stake was like leather which i couldnt eat.the still dont know how to do a breakfast the way we like it and all the brittish pubs are run by spannish .we payed

The rooms were o.k. and the pool was excellant. The bar was nothing much with limited entertainment. Very noisy around the pool with all the traffic.
5 mins to the beach but hassled alot by vendors selling @#%$ jewellery on the pavement, in restaurants and actually allowed on the Gaviatos premises (The Bar).
Best part of the hotel is the restaurant, wish we stayed half/board the menu is large and changed daily, great valu, better than the restaurants in Alcudia........

This was the first time we had been abroad and the hotel was excellent, very clean pools were lovely and the staff could not do enough.
I will be going back here for another holiday soon as we loved it so much. Close to the beach. Entertainment was a bit slow.
