The only decent place to go is a restaurant just round the corner called The Ocean, food fantastic, very clean and staff friendly. The area is awful, absolutely nothing to do, nearest place about a 40 minute walk or on the hot bus! The beaches were filthy and even after cleaning were not good. Only a couple of shops in near vacinity and they are very very expensive, with not a lot of choice. I wouldn't go again if someone gave me the holiday for nothing!

The beach was small but very pretty and the waters really were crystal clear and very safe for my wee ones, there is also another lovely beach just a few minutes walk away.

Although the resort is quiet, we liked that as it was really safe for our wee ones and there were no nightclubs booming all night. The are a few bars and restaurants and all of them revolve around families which was great for us.

They also have a great, cheap bus service (the bus stop is just opposite the entrance of the apartments)where you are quite literally only a few minutes away from other places.

We went to the water park one day, it's not a huge one, but the wee ones like it.

The reosrt was very clean and very quiet due to the fact that it was very early season.
The resort entertainment was pretty quiet but there was a restaurant called the ocean where you could eat and the children could play on the bouncy castles that were there.
there was a bowling alley too.

Very quiet resort, although there are many buses to take you to the south of the island, only around 15 minutes, a walk to ciudadela takes about 30 mins

Not really a resort as such. I think it is more of a suburb of Citaudella the nearest big town. Not many bars or restaurants. Mostly houses which meant local spanish people in the few restaurants and on the beach giving it a truly spanish feel. Couple of nice restaurants serving spanish food.

Blue flag beaches were clean with good sand for building castles!

the pools and surrounding areas were kept fairly clean. the resort is expensive for what it is ie/ very quiet with very little adult entertainment. two weeks was too long and most of the things to see or do could easily be done in 1 week.the 3 reps responsible for the kids club where fantastic, very approchable and great with our little girl. Alberto and Lucy also provided fabulous entertainment for the kids.the day trip exercursions were very overpriced for what they were. we went on the eastern delight trip which consisted of a visit to a leather outlet(very small shop), a very small zoo with about 15 animals in, a fishing village, a stop for lunch, gin distillery and mahon harbour for a river cruise. We struggled to keep our little girl amused! the beach was clean but very small and we had to pay for hiring sun loungers. overall was expensive with little to do.

i stayed in sa caleta playa appartments its in the middle of nowhere have to get a bus for shops cause there is only one on the site and is dear. its 3 storeys high and no good for kids and people who can do no stairs i was on the top floor and them steps are steep. the entertainment goes on far too late and is loud forget sleep ho and it shuts down for the season on the 10th october. if you smok you can only get cigs from citadella a bus ride. the beach is not clean and it is 5 euros for a chair.the staff are nice but the cleaners do not believe in cleaning they just put your towels in at the door and sheets.the mositoes whitchiv spelt wrong love to bite you, and the food is yuke.would i go again no never.

Sa Caleta is a lovely resort nice and relaxing ideal for families. The bus service is very regular and will take you to the other resorts. The stop is around the corner from the apartments. We ate out at the Chinese and the Ocean which was lovely but our favourite was Sa Quadra it was fantastic and just a short walk around the coast in the Satandria area. Anytime we went to Sa Nacra to eat it was too busy. We would recomend these apartments and resort to people and families looking for a quiet relaxing holiday, it's not for the young and lively as most places are closed by midnight.
