We stayed at the Atlantic Garden Apartments, on a self catering holiday.
The rooms themselves were quite spacious and clean. We had a two ring halogen hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and cooking pots. Linen was changed twice a week and towels three times a week. The maid service was five times a week.
Food from the pool bar was quick but not much choice available.
The location of the apartments was OK. We had a twenty minute walk to the town centre and about a ten minute walk to the beach.
Staff were friendly enough.
We tried to hire a car through reception but it failed to turn up which was a little disappointing.
Entertainment at the hotel was very limited and was repeated the following week.
Swimming pools were lovely and clean with plenty of sun loungers available but you had to get up and put towels on them to secure a place.

Clean, friendly, excellent location.
Rooms great, but would be much better if air-conditioned.
Entertainment programme awful and virtually non-existant during the day, therefore guests didn't really have a reason to mix.
Overall though Atlantic Garden is fabulous.

When I went to Atlantic Gardens last summer I found it highly enjoyable the entertainment is rubbish but you can go out to the main street where there is lots to do.
The reps were really helpful but apart from the occasional game of water polo dont organise much else. There is a big party held on a Friday where through the reps you can book to go to the other end of the island for Fuerty fever where there is a 3 course meal and fantastic entertainment all night with a special performance from the reps!!!
There are lots of family groups there so the kids have people to hang around with ..

Just got back and we loved every moment we had there.
The towels where changed three times a week and the bedding twice. The gardens and the pool area are spotless.
And it is the only place i have ever stayed in that has a frog man in the pool cleaning it out which was novel.
The staff are first class from the girls in receptin to Kirsty and Brian behind the pool bar.
The bar food menu that we had was spot on although I only ever got as far as the Tuna sandwich as these were huge. But the kids loved all the food they had at the bar so no complaints there.
Hotel is in a good location being half way from oldtown and half way to the Dunes which is 15 mins each way I guess.
The Entertainment never really got going more to the lack of people staying on site,but it still went ahead
and was a good laugh.
I would go back again tommorrow if work would let me have time off.
Also Russ the T.Cook rep has to be the best rep I have ever had to deal with anywhere I have traveled.
This fella loves his job by the looks of things and makes it his point to make sure your being looked after and have no problems.

Travelled with Sunset...my wife was worried by the pre-holiday warning about 'building work' next door. Yes there is, but it is totally unobtrusive once you are in the pool area.
Pool area was kept spotless, as were the rooms and the complex in general. The place probably wasn't half full but this meant the kids there had a blast in the pool.
Walk into town is about 10-15 minutes. Complex staff are helpful and real united nations of English, Spanish, Swedish, etc. All speak excellent English (obviously the English ones. DOH !!!)

Three adults stayed at Atlantic Gardens, the resort was not full,which was ideal as this added to the relaxing holiday we were looking for.
We were worried about the building work we had heard about, but this wasn't intrusive at all, and could only be heard occasionally in the background. The apartments were spacious and clean and on the whole everywhere was spotless.
The bar snacks were excellent and the staff polite, friendly and very helpful. There were enough sunbeds to go around and the hiring of umbrellas for the duration of your stay -a very good idea.
This was an ideal holiday for all of us to relax by the pool and melt away the every day stresses of normal life!

The Hotel was excellent! The staff were very friendly, the entertainment was good, expecially for the kids.
The food was delicious! The hotel was clean and I found that all the stuff I needed I could find in the hotel shop.
It was one of the best holidays I'v ever been on.

We stayed in Atlantic Gardens. It was almost empty.
It was beautiful with lovely pool area.
The apartments were spacious and the whole place was very clean and well maintained.
Would stay there again.

Our first visit to this Canary Island.
Rooms very large with balcony s as large as rooms! Local birds very friendly, the flying type ones... we had regular ones coming to balcany for feeds!! Very cleen rooms and very spacious too.
Took about a good 15 mins to walk to main town where plenty of places to eat, especially the fish restuarants over looking the beach and harbour. Both pools were very clean and the weather very warm.
The building sites nearby didnt interfere with our holiday at all.
