I was a little dubious after reading many mixed reviews, but the Oasis Village was absolutely brilliant. It seems the British enjoy moaning, I even overheard a couple complaining to each other that there was no champagne to greet them!! Every single day the food was superb, there was always something to suit all tastes (vegetarians catered for). The apartments were spacious and clean and the staff happy and helpful. I couldn't fault the whole experience and the wife and I had a very relaxing holiday.

We too had looked at the net to find out all we could on our hotel. We found the info more than a little worrying based on past entries. We went with an open mind and we had a fantastic time. The place was excellent. The food was varied with something new every day/night with a large number of different international themes throughout our two week stay.
No one in our party complained about anything. The staff were friendly and helpful and did all they could when needed. The entertainment was a bit 'Blackpool' and a total let down. The Thomas cook staff tried hard but failed to impress with nightly bingo and ropey junior school theatre productions. You could tell that next to no money was invested in this area. Apart from that very good indeed.

Was a bit wary of hotel because of some of the reports but it was great. Rooms were spacious, bathroom had both shower and bath. There had been some bad reports about the food on this website but can honestly say all was great. We thought there was an excellent choice in the restaraunt. No reason to complain whatsoever. The staff were all really friendly and helpfull. There was a little bit of a walk down to the beach but great to walk your food off. The thomas cook entertainment crew did a great job. Their all young and put their heart and soul into it. We would definetly visit this hotel again. Our first time all inclusive and what a good experience. It was excellent value as the euro is so bad at the momment.

just got back from the oasis village and cant understand why people complain.at the end of the day its what you pay for.if you want 4 or 5 star pay the extra because this hotel for 3 star is very good.8 of us went there and first impressions were fantastic.the hotel is clean.the food was very nice but their was big queues the later it got.the hotel staff were very friendly and tried to solve any problems anybody had.the entertainment was not the best but they tried mostly for under twelves.the hotel is very close to the waterpark[across the road]worth a visit but the market on mondays and fridays is a miss.about 15 min walk to the town worth going.all in all would go back to this hotel as it is worth the money.

we booked this holiday for our honeymoon. the rooms were very clean maid came every day except tue and sun and changed the towels each time.the food was not very good o.k if you like fish in a sauce or plain pasta which was never hot.entertainment was bad out of the 14 days we were there, they were only 4 acts which were for adults .kiddies disco started at 8.30pm and if no other act was on it started again at 10.00pm till 11.00. all inclusive drinks ended at 23.00 after this you had to buy even water. pool side was good aparts from there was a lot off broken sunbeds and the pool was salt water. apart from all this we enjoyed our time there, but would not go again

we stayed at the oasis village for a week with our two teenage sons, the food was bad, they either ran out of food, it was cold or looked like it had been left there from the day before! the choice was limited unless you liked rice or pasta. one evening they served chicken fillets which was a nice change untill we went to eat them and they were raw in the middle. There were birds on the table where the bread was kept, flys over most of the food, we even saw a child spitting ice back into the ice bucket! which we feel should of been out of reach for all chidren. they never changed our beds, never emtptied the bins in our room, we had get toilet paper because they didnt replace it and we were never given clean towels. we payed to have the tv channels switched on and to our horror that included an adult channel! which was pornographic material that was avalible all day not just after a certain hour, so if the child flick through the channels its there for them to see. we would never use this hotel again although we did love the island.
