We visited this hotel at christmas. The entertainment was very poor, the food was disgusting, the staff very unhelpful and rude.
The rooms we had to share with our kids, therefore we had no privacy. And the beer is served in a very small glass.
Even the weather was bad. We could not wait to get back home and would not go again.

By far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, the rooms are ridden with dampness and beds are also filthy, kitchen area poor and not cleaned and also bathroom fool of rust, very poor condition, hotel food was rubbish, its ok if you like chips and hotdogs for your breakfast! the fruit was rotten and there was flies all over the place, we spent more money eating out, the drink was also a waste 1 choice of beer and 1 wine! it was as if you we not alowed to drink too much, Hotel staff rude and abusive especialy towards the children, i think they are overworked, entertainment none as staff could not be bothered to organise it even though it was advertised. would not go back here if they paid me.

We have recently returned from this complex and were very impressed !
The food was lovely, loads of choice and always cooked fresh !
The rooms although they were studios were very roomy, and had a partition to separate the beds from the living area, and they were very clean.
The entertainment was excellent , always a show on every night and was of good quality !
all in all a very enjoyable and I would not hesitate to go back !

This was an excellant place to stay, everyone was so friendly, the staff were the most helpful I found on my many holidays abroad. My son who was 24 when we travelled found plenty to keep him occupied in town, which was only a very short walk. To say the least we all loved it. I have stayed in most places on the island but this was the best so far, we are going back this year 15 of us in total, in fact the whole family...

The kids and I loved this complex, the studios were roomy and well equipped with the kitchen area being a bonus for those essential early morning cups of tea! The food was good, freshly cooked and plenty of choice.
The location was good with shops and restaurants nearby but not close enough to be a nuisance noise wise. The kids entertainment was great, even though it was just at the start of the season there was loads going on for them both in the kids club during the day and with the staff run entertainment in the evenings. Only small thing that I didn't like much was that the pool was quite chilly, although it was very clean with lots of sunbeds and tables around it.
Would definitely recommend these apts for anyone travelling with children.

i am very supprised to see this hotel is still open the rooms need a good lick of paint the entertainment is very poor the food is very poor the swimming pool is about the only thing that is good about the place but its very cold oh yes and watch the tyles around the pool when wet its like a ice rink i went in 2002 i went back to the same resort in 2003 went rond to this hotel and it looked worse its very sad to see a hotel like this fulling to bits

For the price we paid I guess it wasn't too bad,but at the time we visited everything looked rather scruffy,have stayed in much nicer apartments. By far our biggest complaint would be the food,we aren't a particularly fussy family,but really,the food was pretty disgusting.
