Apartments 3 to 8 are very quiet
We have stayed here many times.2 bedroom appartment is fab looking onto the beach..very clean..well stocked appartments..very quiet position..right on the beach.beach bar very reasonable.lots of good eating places many are family run

Didn't bother with the themed restaurant, the normal one was excellent.
Rooms in Main Hotel have more breeze and sea view. They are also closer to the main facilities

Free Wi-Fi outside The Goose Bar between 8am to 12pm.
Try for pool view room. Some of the ground floor apartments at the rear of the complex didn't get any sun.

Good allround resort ! great beaches and nice friendly people in all bars an resturants.

we stayed at coralejo,( dog poo heaven) every local seemed to have a dog...none of which cleaned up their mess! revolting, the streets are covered in dog poo, even the outside of a restaraunt where people were eating :( the largest beach was nice but most of it is taken up for local volly ball and i wouldnt even try the smaller lovlier looking one as it seemed to be taken by local people who made it somewhat clear you wasnt werlcome!

Its been 10 years since we last visited correljo and nothing has really changed,we did find the resort very quiet compared to last time with quite a few empty shops.
waikki beach was clean enough for a busy beach,but we found the waikki restraurant to be very poor.The staff were rude,the food took over an hour to be served and when it did come out it was wrong, and to top it all off our order was wrong and then they tried to overcharge us.All in all not a very nice experience.We did find a good restraurant on the high street called el-molinos which serverd good value sized portions and were good with the kids.We didn't take much notice of the resort entertainment but we did enjoy walking down by the harbour in the evenings and seeing the new sand creations on the beach, which our kids loved!! We love fuerte and can't wait to return!!!

the resort is very quiet with very little going on so not great for teenagers or little kids. The beach is amazing,never crowded and gos on forever and the place is very clean

the resort was compact but plenty of bars/restaurants,it wasn't to rowdy very family orientated. there are a couple of beaches we found that the town beach was nice for a swim there is also a bigger beach but its a little way away you would need taxi or bus

plenty of bars and eatery's.supermarkets way expensive. we ran out of sun cream and after sun, had to pay £12and£7 for small bottles of each.internet was 2euros for ten mins everywhere we went.the marina is nice, with some good paella to be had.

Felt like Blackpool lots of people on the street asking you to visit their restaurant. Shops very repetative. Beach was small and not very clean.

Corralejo is looking tired as a resort these days, but the god news is that there is a redevelopment and upgrading going on in the old harbour area, bringing the scruffy look into line with prettier resorts such as Caleta.
Ive lived on the island in the past and visited it many times since, and the growth around Caleta is good, but Corralejo just seems like a giant building site, especially now since the credit crunch has hit hard, and derilict building works abound in the outer areas.
The main street is unchanged, some of the bars and clubs are old and languishing in the past glories, a lot needs updating and bringing into the modern age to be more attractive to a wider range of tourists.
Shopping for clothes and jewellery is good here, and since the economic downturn, these items are cheaper than before and good quality and value for money. Duty free goods are still not as cheap as UK shops, and perfumes are much more expensive than at home in the UK.
Food and eating out is not as cheap as it used to be, but good quality, and local dishes remain good value for money.
A few english run eating places are definately to be avoided, bad manners, lack of service and poor quality food being the reasons, and these are mainly in the main street.
The credit crunch has made a vast diference in tourist numbers andt he week i went there was a lot less busy than other years, in fact it was very quiet the whole time.
All in all, this resort needs to be brightened up, more diversity of outlets and entertainment is needed, and generally a good lick of paint everywhere!!!

The resort was abit out of the way but the taxi was only about 5 euros to correljo and the hotel put on alot of activities for all ages in the day and that was good enough instead of going out everyday.
