We did not book this Hotel but where dumped here 1 week before going on holiday by Direct Holidays as the Hotel we booked initially was closed for refurbishment.
The actual complex is hard if you sruggle with stairs and the wheelchair ramps are out of the way.
You have to hire a kettle and toaster in a self catering apartment! It took us all day to wait for a cot to be brought to the room after we had called reception 6 times.
As I am filling in this report we have been here 6 days and we are waiting to see if we can move Hotels, as three of the four rooms in our group are infested with large and small cochroachs and the staff can

the hotel is great and the entertainment is fantastic and i would definitly come back again next year. the hotel staff very friendly and are great to talk to. the food is absoultly great and the pools are great as well. well worth the money and is great for family holidays.

We stayed at the Don Paco Castilla apartments in august 2004 these apartments were recomended by our travel agent as being family frienly which they weren't with flights of steps around every corner!!We also had to complain twice before our apartment was cleaned.

Don-Paco Castilla apartments are the best!!! We stayed for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool's were cleaned every day without fail. Rooms were serviced 3 times a week. The restaruant's were great. The bar was excellent and very well priced. The night club was great for the kids. Reception staff were brilliant. I would reccomend these apartments to anyone!!! Going back next year :D.

we stayed at the don paco castilla in july 2002.the first morning we were woken at 7am by builders in the appartments below.we were never able to get sun loungers by the pools as the germans put their towels on them early in the morning.we paid

It was a great holiday and would definetley recommend but i would advise you to get a larger apartment as the small ones were disappointing.
The location couldnt be better as it was quiet. Even if you want a lively holiday a nice stroll along the beach takes you to puerta del carmen which is a very lively place.
