The hotel was very good the place was spotless rooms big and clean as new.

Pool just the right size. Never had problem getting loungers.

All the staff went out of there way to help. Anna on the bar was fantastic. Drinks from 10am to 11pm plus snacks from butties to pizza and cakes and you could go as often as you like.

Entertainment was not the best but good.

Danial the entertainment rep was ace loads to do in day (water polo, ping pong, mini golf that sort of thing ).

They had shows on. Bingo every night with cash prize the amount depends on how many play and ok the bar shuts bang on 11pm and thats it but just double up with drinks.

We went out at 11 some nice bars 5 mins walk away. Mucky ducks, an Irish bar open til 2am and then if don't have kids 5euro in cab to town. It's what you make of it.

The food ok its not 5 star but loads of it for what you pay. We made loads of mates. Its a nice place to go.

We panicked just before we went at some of the reports. They could not be more wrong.

we stayed here on an all incusive package, yes the hotel was spotless and the cleaners were really cool very friendly especially to gabby(4).well here we go the food is disgusting the menu had pork to eat every night, breakfast wasnt too bad if you like runny eggs streaky bacon dripping in oil beans which had water in them to stop them drying out i could carry on but you can get the message i think.now the bar ,hanna who worked on it all day was the only good thing about thisalways had a smile for you but the problem is the bar shut at 11pm and there was nowhere else to get a drink there was no snacks after evening meal its not really what could be termed as all inclusive so after the second day we ate out all the time for fear of getting a dodgy stomach.the location wasnt that bad we just used to go over the road to los jameos there is a bar there called the IRISH TAVERN it was relly good and the food is really tasty and good value as wellother than that its a case of spending a euro on the bus or 4 euros to the strip in del carmen.apart fron a certain few of the staff i wouldnt really like to comment as i may go overboard so lets leave it there anyway entertainment is nil so you made your own there is one CON which is spend 10 euros on tickets to win some prizes which you would of thought would of been some of your euros back but not here you get a cheap bottle of wine or local stuff so beware.so to top it all off NO i wont be going back to this hotel again which is a shame because the hotel itself is good its just the people who run it they have got to get there heads in gear end start catering for the brits a bit more instead of our cousins from across the water(germans)otherwise just inform people its for them

this hotel is miles away frm anything its a good walk into the centre were all the bars, shops and restaurants are. Me and my family all found this hotel not child friendly theres totally no entertainment in this hotel, the whole week we were there one man came one nite and sang songs which were not even in english. theres no poolside bar so when you want a drink you have to go inside the hotel, they dont play music by the pool. when getting drinks from the bar they have a list ov coctails you can have which are pre maid in a machine (like a coffee machine) so you dont know whats in them, and when i asked the bar staff to make me one up from scratch he refused, the bar is very poor and doesnt even look like a proper bar. the only good thing i have to say about the hotel is the food was good they cooked fresh steak and lamb most days in front of you, and theres plenty for children to eat.
while staying at this hotel they offer a childrens club were yr child can go and paint ect with a member of there staff hired to work with children, anyway my child only went into this club once near the end of are holiday and was slapped in the face my the member of staff for moving the balls on the snooker table while another child was playing, the staff admitted this and i filed a complaint.
