After reading reviews on this web site we tried to change our hotel destination, we are very glad that we could not do this. When we arrived we were seen to by a very kind and helpfull receptionist.

The room was small but perfectly adequate for sleeping in. the cleaners visited five days a week and did a good job. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all buffet style, but we found there to be a good choice and it was all hot.

We didn't see one coakroach throughout the whole hotel of course there were a few flies (it's a hot country) but none on or around the food! The pool was a little cold and rather deep but it was throughly enjoyed by all including our two year old.

The toddler pool was a nice depth and size for the younger children to play in. The lifeguard was there to check that the pool was used properly and he did a good job. Pool side activites and evening entertainment was enjoyable.

The reps were fantastic and attentive and the kids club was throughly enjoyed by my son as was the mini disco put on for the kids every night. This is a family hotel that I would highly recomend to anyone looking for a enjoyable and memorable holiday.

We are definately going back!!!

After booking this last minute all inclusive holiday we visited this site and like a lot of other people on this page we were apprehensive.

After what we had read about the cleanliness of the rooms we were dreading walking in there, but although the cooker and fridge could do with replacing the general cleanliness of the rooms was good. We weren't going to use them anyway as we were all inclusive.

There is a free safe in the room which we found really useful. If I had to complain about something it would be that you have to pay for the TV, but to be honest it's quite nice to get away from it for a week.

The hotel has a lift, but if you use a wheelchair, because of the different floor levels and steps etc you have to take time to work out the best route to the dining room and pool etc.

Moving on to the food. It was nothing special but always edible. I admit we are both quite fussy eaters but salad and cold chips seemed to be the specialty! My boyfriend is vegetarian and found it difficult to find a hot dish to eat, but we didn't go hungry.

We found the hotel location to be good.

The hotel itself isn't far from news agents, chemist, and a few gift type shops. Also there are numerous bars and restaurants to choose from which all seem reasonably priced. The only downfall is that although you're not far from the sea there is no beach to sit on. There is a free bus in and back to Los Americas four times a week where there are plenty of beaches so we didn't mind. Los Americas is a very busy resort with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops.

The hotel staff were ok but we felt they could be a lot more friendly and helpful.

The entertainment staff worked really well with what they had and they certainly did a good job of getting everyone up and going especially Van, Bea and Hayley. We did feel however that the microphones needing turning down at night.

Ocean club was very clean and has been for our past 5 visits!

There are some flies near the food but in a hot place what can you expect?? There is something for everyone when it comes to food and it can be enjoyed by everyone.

The location isn't great but there's a good spirited community around the villiage. A free bus or quick taxi is easy enough to town.

The entertainment staff are great as always but we still think Heather & Shane should return.!

The bingo is really getting a bad repuation due to the poor returns and excesive amounts of people participating.

The bar staff are really nice and know how to have a laugh. I'm at the age where I go away with my mates and can honestly say I'm dragging them to Ocean Club next year with my parents! Again!

This was our second time at Ocean Club and again a little apprehensive after reading yet more negative reports. We had a fantastic time last year, would this year match it? It definitely did!

We are somewhat bemused because we don't identify with most of the grumblings that have been reported on here. In terms of value for money and having a fantastic holiday, you

Before I travelled to my hotel I checked this website to read the reviews. I was apprehensive because of this but what a surprise when we arrived. The place was fantastic.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The pool was cold and 5 feet deep in the shallow end but the lifeguard was always there to keep an eye on the kids. Otherwise the pool was clean and great fun. The poolside activities during the day were great and kept everybody entertained.

Great choice of food but a bit repetitive. I was surprised at the good quality of food for a budget holiday.

Definitely recommend it. The kids loved it!

After reading the reviews, we were somewhat apprehensive about our forthcoming holiday.

On arrival, the receptionist was co-operative and checked us all in without delay.

The rooms were basic, but adequate.

The food is ok. Quite repetitive, though. If you enjoy salads, you can
