Situated on the outskirts of El Medano, a 15 min walk to the centre. The hotel has been completely refurbished, fittings and general appearance is 5*.
It is windy, no way of disguising this, but pool area has a glass surroud, gives some protection, make sure you put plenty of cream on.
We had booked HB, the remainder of the guests were AI.
Bar seemed reluctant to serve, closed early in the evening (11pm). Pool bar was poorly manned.
Food was 5* plus, mostly cooked freshly in front of you. Seemed all UK guests. Hotel was 30% occupied, maybe not so good when operating with higher guest ratio.
A Spa is part of the hotel, looks 5*, with plunge pools and hot/cold dips. Pool towel are supplied free of charge (change as many times as you wish in a day).
We were given a 2hr free go in Spa, if you wish to use after, payment is required.
Rooms are 5*, only drawback is no cupboard space. Try and get an ocean view, well worth it.
No entertainment whilst we were there.
Quiet relaxing holiday. We stayed for a week and then moved on to Los Cristianos.
We will return.
