Went to our room on arrival and it was very hot and stuffy. Tried to open the balcony door as this was the only ventilation. The lock was broken so unable to open the door. The night security opened it after about an hour.
Was awoken during the night by planes coming into land. Their landing lights lit up the room. Hired a fan from Mr. Cool. Asked for extra pillows. They arrived 4 days later. Ask for extra clothes hangers as there were only 3 in the cupboard. They never arrived. The towels were changed but the room was never cleaned. The hallway had a broken plastic cup and paper on the floor when we arrived and it was still there when we left. The window box on the balcony was full of dead flowers, cigarette ends and bottle tops.
The food was awful to the extent that we ended up eating out.
The pool area was large with plenty of sun beds. There was no entertainment unless you call karioke entertainment. We would not go there again.

First impression was not good it then went downhill from then on. Just a few hours after our arrival we requested to move to another hotel to which we were told we would have to spend the night in Green Park then contact the reps in the morning which we did. The next morning we were told we could move but that we had to pay for the move and the taxis to get us to the new hotel.
The company reps were not helpful at all, there was no entertainment, the location was virtually on the end of the runway to the airport I would not recommend the resort to anyone.

Myself and a group of friends 19-23 stayed in these apartments in 2003.
The apartments themselves very very clean and the staff mostly helpful.
The swimming pool is fab with 3 parts which all join together with water slides.
There is a lovely bar run by a very friendly English man. This had entertainment on a Tuesday and Thursday with the drag queen karaoke being the highlight! Also there is a mini market and a caf
