The hotel was very nice the room was clean not that we were in it very often as the weather was brilliant, the only negative points to this hotel is breakfast is a little poor (but no-where measures up to us brits and the location is horrible if you have kid(s) or walking difficulties. Staff were very friendly entertainment was for children older than mine (Two).

We were satisfied with the hotel at the price we paid for it. Our room was at a good location in the hotel - near the pool, but not too near the night entertainment if an early night was needed. The food was good, lots to choose from. The pool snacks were ok, but finished at 6 pm. The night entertainment varied, some nights it was good, the scottish comedian was hilarious! But the entertainment rep looked like he really only did it for the money!!, and the day entertainment was really non-existent. The hotel room was clean, no problem there, the only winge i had was that people left their rubbish around the pool which is disgusting, when there were plenty of bins around. Some of the furnishings looked a bit tired, but all in all we had value for money, and it was basically clean with good food. I would'nt recommend it to people with walking difficulties, as it is on the top of a steep hill. Put it this way, it is not a "posh" hotel, it is a typical 3*. I have been to better, but we did thouroughly enjoy the holiday, and think we would return for a week. The water park is also directly across the road which is great.

It was amazing! the view from your room if you were high up was incredible, all around was mountains. The bad bit about the loaction was it was hills everywhere and i dont recomend it if you have a pushchair.
The staff are great, they are very friendly and are always there to help, i became very good friends with them.
The entertainment was good on certain nights but not every night but it was still good even if the entertainment wasnt good, every night they have bingo. Me and my friend Megan had helped one night as dj's and it was very fun and exciting.
the facilites are good for any ages during the day there is a 'gallery' where childeren can go to keep cool and keep out of the sun, there is a part where you can sit and watch tv, and at the back there is a part where you can draw and enter competitions or just draw and have fun without getting hot.
They aslo do competitions for adults like squash basketball darts ect.
The food was very good at the pool area and the ice cream was lovely!
Although the food in the resturant was the same it was very good.
The hotels were in good condition and very clean there was only one thing wrong was the cockroaches everywhere but you get them everywhere, and the cold water but that doesnt really matter because its too hot to have a hot shower or bath.

The fact that the hotel was all inclusive waz very good. The food was excellnt and they catered for all types of people and all types of diets. The location was very good as it wasn't far from the town and had the two main water parks very close by. 1 litterally right on the doorstep and the other just a 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes drive.
The hotel staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome in the hotel. They made you feel not just like customers but like friends.
The entertainment waz fantastic. It waz every night and waz like a proper theater or show club.

When we arrived it looked like a flat above a shop when we got inside it was dull and dark.

totally agree with Ann this hotel is what you pay for we went for a weeks holiday in March last year, booked at short notice rooms where nice but basic but liked the fact that you have a seperate lounge area to your bedroom as my hubby likes late night telly and although this is a payable charge the TV's had movie chanels you just had to add a few euros in a machine attached.
Dining hall was a bit basic and choice of food was limited but my being a non meat eater and my hubby a bit picky didnt starve there was plenty to eat, being all inclusive there seemed to be no limts on what you could have although you could only fetch so many drinks at one time this wasnt really a problem you where never stopped because they thought you had to much or to many.
The main area are a litte dated but staff where friendly and helpfull, we are beach lovers and it was a bit of trek to the beach up and down a steep hill and wouldnt be suitable for people who have problems walking, But this was our choice.
Pool side clean and plenty of beds available if this is your thing.
All in All we had a good holiday and would go back but as the lady previously said this isnt a posh hotel but it also isnt a posh price.
As with most things in this life you get for what you pay get.
