Having passed the hotel on numerous occassions, we decided to stay, emailed hotel prior requesting a high floor, when we arrived we had been placed on the 3rd floor overlooking a road!
Nice bits, towels and sheets changed daily, looks lovely from outside, good location next to the beach, plently of sunbeds and umberellas but remember to get up early to catch them.
Negative points, staff unfriendly, nobody smiles at you, food ok bit cold, couldnt even bite garlic bread, never saw Airtours rep, asked for a fridge which took 3 reminders and then delivered at 23;45, will not be returing even if it was a cheap holiday.

Last minute holiday, self catering.
I found this hotel to be well placed for all the main action it was very clean and the staff were very good, many were English.
Entertainment was very poor as was the bar and entertainment area, but this did not matter as we were out most of the time in the evening.
Rooms were cleaned every day very good.
Pool area I found to be quite good very clean.
I would recommend this hotel for a middle of the road hotel
basic but good in my opinion, would return again.
Hotel meals were basic not much choice but well cooked 8 euros evening meal and 5 euros for the breakfast, we ate in several times good value for money.
Staff always cheerful.
Eat as much as you like. No wine only soft drinks or beer, take your own wine.

My boyfriend and myself have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Las Palmeras hotel and have to say there really isn't anything to fault.
To start the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. They were always happy to help with any problem.
The cleaners were great, they kept the place very clean. The only thing I could fault was that they cleaned your room at different times each day, normally in the afternoon.
The food was lovely. Breakfast was packed with everything you could imagine, even chips if that took your fancy! You were spoilt for choice with the evening meals as there was different meats, fish, vegetables and bread to choose from every night. And desserts were just as varied with cakes, ice cream and fruit to name a few.
Some of the entertainment we saw was good such as the parrot show and the mr las palmeras but it was more family orientated with the kids disco and entertainment staff.
The location was great for us as we did want a few nights out in the Starcos area but we also wanted some more quiet nights.
We avoided Veronicas as you just got stopped every 2 seconds by reps but Starcos wasnt too bad and the bars/clubs were nicer! There was lots of nice British pubs and restaurants around too and food quality was always great and drink cheap too.
I would definately visit the hotel again. It was in a great location and our stay on a whole was a great one.

Staff on arrival were very friendly but we felt staff in restuerant not to helpful, could have been with us being quite a large group.
Hotel was nice and clean but can say our balcony was not swept or washed during our stay. Food was pleasant with good variety of choise at all meals.Lots of different nationalities there so entertainers had to go through all languages to explain whatever was happening.
Nice hotel though and would probably stay there again.

We have just returned from a stay at H10 Las Palmeras hotel in Tenerife.
The hotel staff were great and most helpful.
The hotel was clean (very clean) the cleaners were very hard workers.
The whole hotel staff were really friendly and helpful could not fault it as a great place to stay.

Just got back from the holiday.
I booked the hotel room directly on the hotel website (H10.co.es) and the ticket from a travel agency (Avro.co.uk) which worked out to be 300 pounds cheaper than the high street package holiday companies.
The room had a separate lounge area so it was nice to have our 20 month old daughter out of our bedroom.
Paid extra for the sea view from the room and it was soooo worth it. We watched surfers in the sea in the very early morning and the evening.
The guests are mixed with English, German, Dutch, and Spanish so we liked it very much though still annoyed by watching Germans putting the towels on the sunbeds from the very early morning.
The road just outside the hotel was very pleasant to walk along.
The only drawback was even though the hotel was on the beach, the beach wasn't suitable for children so we had to walk 10 minutes to go to another beach which is very nice and calm.
Still, 10 minute walk along the coast wasn't too bad.
The staff, food, entertainment were all good.
If we go back to Tenerife one day, we'll stay at the hotel again.

I picked this hotel at the last minute as I had to take holiday time off from work. When I arrived I found reception to be very slow...
Once I was up to my room I thought it was very nice. I went straight to bed, in the morning I had to meet our rep Adele she was fab very funny... She told us about everything..... Because there were mostly older people there she didn

It was 1st time to this resort, the hotel was 1st class. Very friendly staff, excellent choice of food, very clean.
The rooms even had a lounge area so you was not just in your bedrooms.
Location was good, and we would go back to this hotel.

My wife and I visited Tenerife for the first time on this visit. we booked this hotel as we are both in our mid 40's and wanted to be near the nightlife (Las Americas)but not in the very middle of it! This hotel was ideal in it's location as it was 5 minutes walk to the beach and also the nightlife.
The reception area is spacious and all the staff are friendly and very helpful. There are lifts to all the floors.
The rooms are big, clean and well equipped. We booked a sea view room and it was well worth it as the view is amazing. Book a sea view room when you book the hotel with your travel agent as they are very popular.
The whole hotel is clean and well maintained.
There is an excellent choice of food at meal times and a good time span (3 hours) of when to go down for meals.
We did not see too much of the hotel entertainment but what we saw was very good.
The pool can get busy from 9 - 5. If you want a sun bed, get down early. Do not try to put towels down and reserve beds, this is not allowed and your towels are removed.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel and any problems or requests are dealt with immediately and with a smile. Nothing is too much for the staff to sort out.
