We had booked (and paid for) a room with balcony and view. The room we were allocated was quite large, with a separate room living room area. It had a balcony with tall trees all around it - so no view! We asked at reception for another room with a view, and were told there was only one room left in the hotel, this had a view but no balcony! We decided to take this, even though this one didn't have the living room.

Although our room was reasonably clean it was very poorly maintained and quite shabby.

The food was ok - but we have certainly had much better in the majority of other 4* hotels we have stayed in.

This hotel is quite well placed for everything. We were warned about the roadworks, which were right outside when we were there, but they didn't affect our holiday at all.

The pool/sun terrace area is quite large and very pleasant.

We don't think the hotel deserves its 4* rating, and would not consider a second visit unless it was refurbished.

I stayed at this Hotel for 2 weeks with my partner. The holiday was booked as allocated on arrival and ended up at this great hotel.

The rooms in the hotel were very big and nicely furnished. The rooms were cleaned daily and you could leave a note on the outside of the door if wanted a lie in.

Breakfast was till 10 and there was a large variety and tasted good. The evenig meal also had a large amount of choice and was well presented and tasted good. If you are a fussy eater you would definatly be able to find something to eat.

The daytime entertainment (included Killer darts, pool and archery etc), these were great to do and well orgainsed. The evening entertainment was not so good, mainly aimed to the Spanish.

As the hotel is extremely central though there are plenty of pubs and bars on your doorstep. The best thing about the hotel is the location, literally 5 mins to the centre.

If you require a lively holiday stay at this hotel. Staff at the hotel were extremley helpful and could speak English well. Please note the hotel has a large amount of Spanish and Italian holidaymakers, it is not just an English Tour Operator hotel.

This hotel has a great position, right next to the beach and the nightlife. The rooms were large and well maintained and the maid service was excellent, in fact all of the staff were as helpful as possible throughout our holiday.

The downside to this hotel, the average hotel food and the diabolical hotel entertainment (if I could I would have given it minus 5).

The food was sometimes repetitive, often cold and generally poor for a hotel of this standard. The dining room was crowded even though the hotel was not full, so in the high season it must be hell at meal times.

There is little you can say about the evening entertainment other than we avoided it where possible. A tuneless duo, three "brasil shows" in a week and the snake man just didn't cut it for me.

We would visit this hotel again, but as mentioned above not in the high season

Really difficult to find any faults with this hotel.

Location is excellent - directly across the road from the beach, 2 minutes walk from Veronicas and all other amenities shops, bars etc within easy walking distance.

No complaints with cleanliness, room was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided if necessary.

Food was excellent here, lots of variation hot or cold and the dining area was spotless.

Hotel staff were very friendly particullary in the restaurant, also very efficient service in the restaurant.

Can't comment on the entertainment because I never saw it.

Overall a fantastic holiday and I would go back to this hotel no problem.
