We stayed in the panorama from 27th dec-4th Jan, great location, very clean everwhere, superb over the new year period, just one negative, room 34...avoid! Right on the end of the appts, look out the bedroom window and you see a big bright neon sign(that flashes all night)advertising a lap dancin bar & squarking parrots seem to be up partying till dawn, good job we came in drunk every night!!....good time was had by all.....we will go back next year(not in room 34 though!)

We were very pleased when we arrived at the Panorama aparthotel. The swimming pool looked gorgous and everything looked really clean and tidy. The lady on the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. When we went to our room we were pleased to see that it was very clean and well furnished. However we were very disapointed when we opened our curtains to see the view of a brick wall. As we were only staying at the apartments for a week we put up with it however the people staying in the room next door complained and they were moved to a room with a view.
The swimming pool was lovely and refreshing and the pool area was very clean. We didn't eat at the Panorama much as we were self-catering but the food did look quite good.
The entertainment wasn't really very exciting. A man was playing the organ in the bar area and I felt quite sorry for him because some days there was absolutely nobody listening to him. However there is alot of entertainment to see elsewhere in the resort.
I would sum the Panorama up by saying that its a typical 3 star aparthotel.

We stayed in the Panorama for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment was basic but clean and comfortable. We were situated on the top floor and had fantastic views out to sea and La Gomera. Some of the apartments are privately owned so are probably a bit more homely. There is no air con but there is a fan in the bedroom which was nice and we hired a fan from reception for the lounge but to be honest it just circulated warm air.
We didn't sample the food as we were self catering and there are hundreds of restaurants to choose from.
The location couldn't have been better, come out of the apartments and down the hill, turn right and it takes you to Puerto Colon and all the way to Fanabe, lovely walk along the sea front, down the hill and turn left and this takes you to Veronicas, again along the sea front. Go up the hill and you will arrive at San Eugenio, you will never be bored in this location.
Hotel staff were friendly and always polite but aren't in your face.
Entertainment left a lot to be desired really, maybe a singer tucked away in the bar area, most guests sat outside chatting and we met some lovely people whilst drinking sangria by the pool bar at night.
I would definately visit Panorama again and would recommend to anyone.

We have just returned from our holiday in Tenerife at the Panorama Apartments.
We could not fault this accommodation at all. Towels and bedding spotless, the exterior was very well maintained. Not a cockroach in site!! As we were self catering we did not sample hotel food.
Staff very friendly and obliging. If we come again to Tenerife we would definitely stay here again.

Our hotel was very clean. The staff were polite and efficient. It was situated at the bottom of a hill at the port. The pool was not quite deep enough for me. I could stand up everywhere. Food was very good indeed with plenty of choice -buffet style. Breakfasts did get a bit boring at the end of the holiday as it was always the same. Ceiling fan in the room saved us from melting. The weather was 29 degrees. However the hotel was very sedate -bar closed at 12.entertainment-a singer or a man playing an organ! Ideal for the older people or ones wanting a very quiet holiday, we would go again but maybe when we are 70 yrs old.

The Panorama was just brilliant for us. We have stayed at the Panorama for the past three years and guess what? we are going back this year.
Really clean, location brilliant, staff really friendly, food was very good.
Can't wait till September.

Hotel could not be positioned much better - it is really close to puerto colon and the san eugenio centre but it is off the main road by about 200 yards which is sufficient to guarantee a silent night once back at the apartments. Pool is average sized with a decent snack bar. Very hot around the pool area because of the layout of the apartments. Studios are ok for 2 but a bit of a squeeze if there are 3 people. If i was to return i would definitely ask for a 1 bed apartment
