My wife stayed here with her mum and the kids. Would she go again, NO. Trust our advice we have been travelling to Tenerife for 20 yrs and this is the worst place she has stopped at in terms of cleanliness.
More suitable for 18-25 yr olds who to some degree won't be bothered about looks as there on the beer 24/7. Of course this is just our opinion but it is a honest one.

We stayed at Parque de la Paz over New Year this Year.We found the apartments to be very clean with the maids coming in nearly every day.The staff were friendly and spoke good English.The pool bar served good food,drinks and excellent milk shakes.The entertainment was entertaining!! Van and his girls were excellent, a very happy family atmosphere.We plan to go back this winter this time for two weeks.

My Husband and I took our daughter and her husband and their two kids to the Parque de la Paz for two years running 2002/2003.
It is in an excellent place for all amenities and the hotel it's self very nice clean and staff vey good. Excellent swimming pool for the kids. Pool area very clean.
Can't comment on the food as we did not eat there, but I am sure it is very nice. We have always enjoyed going to Tenerife my husband and I went back last December 2004 on our own.
We are going August 2005 for 10 nights and staying again in the Parque de laz Paz, and then we are going back in December 2005 back there again for another 11 nights.
Great place to be. Hoping to buy a place of own out there some time in the near future.

I realy liked these apartments! They were spacious, clean and friendly!
The location is great with a good strip of pubs below it, near a lovely beach and a 10min walk from the centre!
Entertainment was karaoke the times we watched and was not too bad!
